It's been six days since the incident with Rex occured at Lecter's office. All throughout this time, Rex has been quite, but Lecter knew better than to ever underestimate his foes. So, as Lecter stepped down from his new edition Mercedes-Benz car in front of an orphanage, he tried to keep his mind on the game.
