Bruce hurried back to the station following his encounter with Lecter James. He didn't know what to think or what to expect. What did Lecter mean by someone in the office was trying to frame him?

Bruce racked his head for someone that fit into that narrative. Sure, there were some of them, especially Tim. Tim has been a major thorn in Bruce's flesh ever since he came to the station, and honestly, Bruce didn't think that he would be too surprised if the culprit turned out to be Tim.

He parked his car by the side of the station and stepped inside. Bruce ignored the greetings from the junior police officers and headed straight for his office.

On approaching, he suddenly discovered that the office was slightly unlocked. Bruce took out his gun and approached gently. He heard shuffling sounds inside the office and continued to walk there. Then, with one swift move, Bruce burst the door open.

"Don't you dare move!" He yelled as he aimed at the person behind the desk. Kenny, his partner quick

A week later, Rex managed to find the courage to step out of his hiding place. He was extremely cautious despite the fact that the resort had provided a security detail for him."Why don't you stay inside for more days? It's your company and you won't lose it," Venita had told him that morning while he snuggled out of the bed. Within the space of meeting in a week, they had already begun a relationshipVenita saw him as a profitable endeavor, a way to get back at Lecter for humiliating her all over again and a way to land herself some serious cash. Thorn Incorporated was in shambles and they had been too quiet."No one from my company has called me for a week now. "They've taken my fucking company! How could Lecter do that to me? He has taken my company!" Rex yelled and crashed the flowerpot that had been adorning the room. Venita jumped back in fear as the vase shattered on the wall. She stood up from the bed and then approached him."Rex, why don't you just calm down and let's sort this out?" She said to him but he kicked her hand away."Don't tell me what to do. You have no idea how it feels to be in my shoes right now! Do you have any idea how I'm feeling? Do you have any idea?" He asked her and she scoffed."Don't yell at me! I'm just trying to help you here. If you were man enough, you would be handling Lecter James all on your own, but here you are whining like a little child!" She snapped at him. Rex dashed towards her."I will not entertain insults from you. I'm only fucking you. There's nothing special between us," he said to her."Well, better deal with it because there is. "What are you talking about, detective?" Lecter questioned. Bruce took out some photographs from the bag he was holding."I have been following a very interesting case for months now. Apparently, someone tampered with a body at the crime scene. The victim was a maid for the Braxton family. Officially, they specialize in real estate and things like that. Unofficially, they are drug dealers and arms dealers. This woman in the picture, was a maid for them," he said to Lecter and then showed him the photograph.Lecter gazed at the woman in the picture with intent. There was no mistaking that her face looked familiar, and Lecter just didn't see the possible of her being his mother. His mother was murdered by his father, was she not? "Perhaps it's a coincidence. My mother is dead," he told Bruce."That's the same thing we all thought as well, until now. What if, somehow, your mother survived? What if she has been living somewhere all this time?" Bruce asked him."Well, if she has been, the

Venita drove to the airport and waited until her friend stepped outside. She was a tall and beautiful woman with large curves and a pretty face. Venita felt a sting of jealousy as Cara, the lady walked towards her. They have been friends since a long time."Venita, my darling," Cara said and quickly gave Venita a hug, squealing while hugging her."You look so beautiful. Divorce looks good on you," Venita commented. Cara smiled with intrigue."Of course it does, Venita. Men are scum. It's better to just meet them, fuck them and leave" she said to Venita."Well, technically, you're a whore, so..." Venita burst out into a fit of laughter and Cara joined her. She did not take any offense whenever someone referred to her as a prostitute. It was, afterall, her job."So, tell me, Venita. Why did you bring me here?" Cara questioned while they got into the car. And as Venita drove off, a frown came upon her face."I need you to do what you do best. Seduce someone and tape it," she said to Cara

"Are you alright?' Lecter asked Cara while the drug started to the effect on her. She tried to keep a straight face but she couldn't. Her vision was getting blurry and she felt her mind going slow."So, why did you want to drug me?" Lecter asked her. Cara gazed at him in shock when she managed to put together what has happened between them. "When...did you s... switch the drinks!" She asked him and Lecter smiled."You know, you were very good. If not for my instincts, I wouldn't have suspected that you have drugged my drink. But here we are. Who sent you? I know that you did not come here on your own. Someone sent you, didn't they?" Lecter asked her. Cara's mind raced with so many questions. She wanted to answer, the drug was compelling her to answer. But that was not the first time that she had taken that drug. With the last bit of sanity that she had, she blurted out."Rex... Rex sent me. He sent me to drug you and get you to bed. Then make a video about your infidelity and publish

He had just closed a multi million dollar deal and was ready to call it a day when his phone rang. The caller ID showed a number that looked familiar, but he hadn't seen in a while. His brows furrowed as he picked up. “Lecter here.” He said, his voice cold. “Hello, old friend.” Came the reply, cold as ice. Lecter's heart skipped a beat. It was Bruce. “What do you want, Bruce?” Lecter asked Cooley. “Straight to the point as always. See, I have something— or rather, someone that belongs to you.” Bruce said, a sinister chuckle following his words. “Two someones, actually.” He laughed like a maniac. Lecter’s grip on the phone tightened. “What are you talking about?” “You might know Anna and Mia.” Bruce said casually, as if he was just discussing the weather.
