DEFEAT FIRE MONKEY

" Ok…you can continue attacking the rest of the monkeys" Arthur said again to Bruce and woke him up from the shock he was experiencing.

"Ohhhh… okay grandpa" Bruce replied back.

Turning his gaze back to the fire monkeys, Bruce then began gripping the sword in his hand tighter.

"Ok...let's continue!!!!" Bruce shouted at the other remaining fire monkeys and immediately jumped there.

On the other hand the fire monkey king seemed surprised by Arthur's magic, he never thought that the prey he had trapped would be able to turn things around like they were today.

Not to mention that from what he saw the magic power of the prey was quite high, but then the scene of Bruce's massacre that cut many fire monkeys made his anger peak.

"Uuuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaa" the rolling scream of the monkey king immediately sounded throughout the forest.

Making the atmosphere that was originally chaotic becomes silent.

without realizing it, Bruce also felt that there was a real threat posed to him from this fire monkey king.

Seeing that Bruce fell silent and did not continue his attacks towards the fire monkey, Arthur moved his hand and from there a spatial ripple was seen reflecting back the sound of the monkey king's screams.

"Don't be afraid!!!...just carry on" Arthur's voice sounded in Bruce's ear.

So then the scene where Bruce attacks you and the fire monkey is seen, relying on martial arts as well as magic learned from his grandfather.

Bruce was like a slayer dancing in the midst of a herd of jumping monkeys, and strangely all this was happening before the fire monkey king's eyes.

It's just that an extraordinary magic power that doesn't appear to hold back the movement of the fire monkey king, especially when he sees his men slaughtered by Bruce.

His eyes which were already red in color had now become darker and you could see in the corners of his eyes that drops of blood began to drip, indicating the mental struggle he was currently facing.

This unbearable scene occurred 10 minutes later when Bruce managed to kill all the monkeys in front of him.

It was only then that Bruce's voice returned to report to Arthur.

"Grandpa, I have completed the task!!" Bruce shouted with a tired face but full of pleasure after having a one-sided battle.

"Good ... .rest for a while, and after that the real fight for you will take place" Arthur said, hinting Bruce to fight with the monkey king.

Hearing this, of course Bruce was shocked and also did not believe what he heard from Arthur's grandfather.

As if questioning his words he stared confusedly at Arthur's grandfather, only then Arthur's grandfather's stern gaze told him that what was being said was the truth.

So then Bruce knew that this was the arrangement that Arthur's grandfather had made for him ever since they entered this forest.

This is clearly the training intended by his grandfather, although there is a bit of helplessness but it is Bruce who knows the benefits of this training as well as the experience it provides.

Will never waste this opportunity, because now what is needed is to become stronger, so that in the end he will be able to use the legendary sword that was passed down to him.

Yes, the purpose of Bruce's training is none other than to be able to master the powerful power of the legendary sword that was passed down to him by his grandfather.

And to be able to inherit the sword he needs further training guided directly by Arthur's grandfather.

So this is where he is right now, where he will travel the world with Arthur's grandfather and learn various kinds of knowledge and experience.

"Boooom!!!!" A large piece of wood hit the ground where Bruce was standing.

Cold sweat was now slowly dripping from Bruce's forehead, when he managed to avoid a deadly blow from the monkey king.

Looking back at the place where the huge log had hit his footprints, Bruce couldn't imagine what fate would be met when that happened.

"Don't daydream….focus…" Arthur's scream was heard again, waking Bruce up.

" ahhhh" in a slightly panicked tone Bruce looked back at the fire monkey king, who was already running fast towards him.

"Dodge…..", Bruce dodged to the side when the monkey king sent a slash of his sharp claws towards Bruce.

Once again Bruce's heart was beating fast, there was panic in his eyes but he also knew he had to hold on.

"Stab!!!!!" Bruce's sword thrust hits the monkey king.

It's a shame because the focus was scattered, the attack only scratched the skin monkey King.

Even so, the pain of being slashed still made the monkey king even angrier, how could a great king have to lose to a small human.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" growled while opening his mouth wide. The monkey king bared his big fangs teeth at bruce.

He ran back to Bruce, trying to bite him, but how could Bruce allow himself to be bitten? He with great determination also ran towards the monkey king.

Until in the end his sword and monkey's fangs clashed and from there a blinding red light enveloped the two of them.

That afternoon in a small river in the middle of a dense forest, a medium-sized bonfire appeared to be burning in the darkness of the dark forest night.

Both from the shadows seen by the bonfire, two figures of old and young with different positions seemed to be right near the bonfire.

The old figure is seen turning over two roasted rabbits which are currently right above the bonfire, while occasionally inhaling cigarettes from his pipe.

There was a friendly smile that was clearly visible on his old face, looking back where an ox cart was seen leaning against a tree not far from where the fire was.

On top of the oxcart, a young man seemed to be sound asleep. It was seen that in several parts of the sleeping young man's body, there were several wounds that were left behind.

If you take a closer look at the wound, it appears that it is still fresh, which indicates that the young man has opened another fight in the near future.

Suddenly, the movement of the young man's eyelashes was seen, which indicated that he was starting to wake up from sleep.

When the young man opened his eyes, a large black eyes seemed to be glaring at the sky, and within seconds it immediately woke up and sat on top of the cart.

With a somewhat confused look on his face, he looked left and right from his current position, until then he looked at an old figure who was busy grilling, only then did the panic disappear instantly.

Slowly the young man then got down from the oxcart, and with his steps that looked quite tired he walked closer to the old figure.

Until he was right beside the old figure, the youth then spoke.

"Grandpa…..where is this?" Bruce asked Arthur.

"Where else if not in the forest" Arthur answered back.

"Then… where is the fire monkey king??" Bruce asked again.

Recalling the scene where he fought fiercely with the fire monkey king, the two of them sustained injuries to each other and decided the victor when the two faced each other head-on.

Until later when a red light enveloped the two of them and blinded his vision, Bruce then no longer remembered what happened to him.

"You were quite lucky, the fire monkey king was pierced through the heart by the weapon you used, on the other hand a few claws from the monkey king but injured your chest.

Luckily Grandfather was here and with healing magic healed your wound, it's just that for other minor injuries grandfather didn't intend to heal it and left it to remind yourself.

To be even more careful and not to be careless when facing enemies," Arthur answered Bruce.

"Okay grandpa, I understand," Bruce replied in a submissive tone.

"But grandfather, where are the bodies of the fire monkey king and his flock?" Bruce asked again because he felt that he did not see the corpse of the monkey king but also his monkey herd.

What's more, with thousand of them he should be able to see one or two monkeys but that, the speech in front of him at this time did not exist at all and there were only two rabbits roasted by Arthur's grandfather.

"Ohhh…the corpses of the fire monkeys have been destroyed, and now only this fire bead remains," Arthur replied while showing a small bright red bead.

From its appearance Bruce could imagine that this bead looked very beautiful but also filled with an aura of fire.

"Everything is like that???" With shock and disbelief Bruce asked.

"Yes, all of their body essence has now been converted into these fire beads" Arthur replied and then continued again.

"Even though it looks small, Bruce you shouldn't underestimate this fire bead, because if it is sold in the outside world, the price is quite high and it is very useful for those who learn fire elemental magic" Arthur replied again.

"Ohhh…I see…..Grandfather can I hold it?" Arthur asked and felt curious about the fire bead.

As he continued to hold the fire bead in his hand, a warm feeling flooded his whole body, there was a feeling like immersing himself in hot water when he held the fire bead.

Be aware of the phenomenon then He also asked Arthur about the reason behind the incident.

And after Arthur explained that he chose the fire element so that he could feel the power emanating from the fire bead, it was very beneficial for his body.

Hearing this, of course Bruce felt very happy because this could increase his strength.

"Ok don't talk about the fire beads, eat first you must be hungry, tomorrow grandpa will help you fuse the fire beads into your body"

Hearing Arthur's promise, of course Bruce felt very happy so then he greedily devoured the cooked Roasted Kelingi.

The two of them ate happily and while enjoying the roasted rabbit, Bruce didn't forget to listen to Arthur's advice about his shortcomings when fighting the fire monkey king.
