On the way back neither of them spoke a single word. The lab was now gone. Even though they found nothing of use in there it still felt like a great loss. Lilia sat down sighing such bad luck. Now, what to do? She thought to herself as she let herself fall on the bed.
Maybe if they search some more they might find another construction. They still have some hope, as little as it might be. They will have to move around more from now on. Possibly not returning to the camp for long periods of time.
While Lilia was deep in thoughts Seven was done washing himself, coming out still looking down just like before. She could tell he is blaming himself for how things turned out. Hi there! It's me, the author! Thank you for reading last man on earth when there is no earth? So far. The 1st volume is the shortest among the 3 available at the moment. I decided to distribute the series to this app in the hopes of reaching more readers so if you're reading this it means I've achieved that goal. I'll try to update daily (I already have the chapters, all that's left is one more round of editing) so look forward to Seven and Lilia's next adventure. I'm also starting a new series soon (it's waiting to be contracted) so look forward to that as well. The next chapter will be the prologue of the second volume. The room was shrouded in a weak light and a weird smell wafted in the air."Mm…"The feint breathing sound reaching my ears brought to my attention the weak pain I felt on my chest. Lifting my head to investigate its cause I saw a ball of messy hair with what looked like horns coming out of both sides. She looked at him with moist eyes, her breasts moving a little with each breath she takes. First they hear that the clan head was defeated, then that their goal was within reach. Three days passed and all they got were those two vague sets of information, and while still in the dark they were led to a place they never been to before.The higher ranked clan members were the ones who rallied the crowd to demand an answer from the head. After it was decided that the Verta clan would be taken in by Seven they immediately set course for Gorgola.They had to call the ZSFCO and ask commander Blitz to order the retreat of the Zesionien forces that came in to intercept them.
