Chapter twenty nine

After saying goodbye to Richard at his sad funeral, Gunther felt a bit better because Jane was there with him.

While they were surrounded by the quiet and sadness, Jane tried her possible best to comfort Gunther. She told him, "You'll be okay. What's done is done. You can't change what already happened, but you can make things better in the future." She put her hand gently on his shoulder, and even though Gunther was still feeling really sad, he quietly nodded to show that he understood.

After leaving the sad funeral, Jane and Gunther went with the same vehicle to the Young mansion. While they were driving, Jane kept comforting Gunther with kind words, being there for him during this difficult time. They shared a supportive connection throughout the journey.

Gunther wanted to protect Debra from the sadness caused by his dad's passing, so he didn't tell her about it. Gunther's mansion, became a safe place for him and Debra to cope with the loss together.
