"Ferdinand, goodbye. I'm sorry, I need to go," Cynthia said. Ferdinand looked at her in disbelief as she headed in; Ms. Riley followed.

Ferdinand tried his best to make his way in, but all to no avail. He breathed like an angry dragon ready to spew fire at any moment.

However, he couldn't dare do anything; he had heard rumors about the cruelty and strength of the Saluzzo family's bodyguards.

In the hall, the venue shimmered with sparkling chandeliers, casting a soft glow over the beautifully set space. A sea of elegantly dressed guests swirled through the spacious ballroom, creating a harmony of excitement with their laughter and giggles.

Mlynar sat gently resting on the chair, calmly observing the audience and the performance of the artists. Meanwhile, Cynthia unconsciously stood beside Mlynar.

Ms. Riley saw him and remarked, "Wow, see this rat that sneaked himself in; you even dare to relax."

Mlynar chose peace and didn't even look at them. "Don't you hear I am talking to you?
