"He is already dead, there is nothing you can do to revive him," the man said, his blindness seemingly granting him insight beyond normal sight. Cellinina, terrified, dropped her jaw as her lips shook, not knowing what to say. Instead, Lapland spoke up, "He is still breathing, there should be a way to revive him."

The old man sneered, "I told you he was already dead in soul. He has no capable Qi that could support his immune system, and they're all dying until they crumble, and he will eventually die."
