Chapter 64

I pulled my body off his thick arms in a sharp haste, turning back to acknowledge my savior that still has everyone gasping and gawking over him.

My gaze collided with his chest, feeling the urge to touch it, then it ran up to his face meeting his teal brown eyes that peers back down at me.

I kept my eyes up, raking up his regal appearance. His handsome face chattering my heart into clatters at the first sight.

He’s indeed the focus of the day, looking like this with so much power exuding from his masculine countenance.

My heart responded, beating erratically while my gaze refuse to stop devouring the Demi-god in front of me.

“Thank you, Your highness.” I forced my head into bowing, giving my gratitude for his act before my head raised back up, fencing up his face and back to appreciating a creation he is.

His head moved, nodding to my appreciation with no expression or anything attached. Just a plain nod.

My gaze narrowed over to him where he stood with a stoic face unfazed by Theo’s presence. “Your highness,” Theo bowed, not exactly responding to his question. “That’s my Luna.” His voice softened upon making the statement. Chapter 68My head banged with a certain restriction, fuzziness clouding my brain and my sense of reality. Everything felt heavy, from my system, to my body, all of it. I had no idea where I was, and the only thing I’m aware of is that I’m alive. My visions were veiled, and so was my movement restricted. My body felt forcefully still, I tried moving my hand but I couldn’t; I could only wiggle my wrist. I had no idea where I was and who tied me up. She has always hated me, I’m adopted but the one our parents seems to love the most. Growi

I sighed out a loud, palms gripping a hold on the bench with a sheepish smile pasted above my face. This is so beautiful. This is so amazing. My garden back at home is also beautiful, but not like this. The serenity, the warmth, it was all different and I wish to stay here forever. The groove within the blissful world of my peace. I finally got the chance to learn and study about my best subject, and that’s quantum physics. Today is my first class learning the subject, but have read a lot about it before joining the class that makes the starting topics mere bridges I could leap over. “Nice one Ashley.” The man whose name I’m yet to memorized commended my response attached with a thumb up. “How are you new?” He quizzed, his face marred vaguely with confusion, a new girl like me shouldn’t know much about this subject already. Chapter 62He might be a different man, but he wasn’t lying. He truly almost died for her, and there was nothing he wouldn’t do for her back when they were together. If she had request him to murder the president, he would do so in a heartbeat so long as it pleases her. “Fine. You want to make a murderer to prove my love for you, cool. I will do it, give me the knife?” She stretched out her palm, questing for the weapon. Marco grinned, tickled by the response. It’s nice to see that he wasn’t doting on a soul sucker like he thought he’d been all this while. Perhaps the romance was mutual. He handed her the knife, crossing his arms over his chest with his gaze gesturing for Gina to go do the deed. Gina stared at the knife, heaving a deep sigh before stalking away from Marco in cautious steady steps. She approached Dren on the floor, pure fear marred on his face. Eyes twinkling with anxiousness as he looked into Gina’s face. He tried wriggling out of the men’s hold, but his effort
