A cave. Somewhere in the woods of Agranah.
"You are up?"
Wealene turned from the deer he was roasting to his back. He was seated on a rock which was several steps away from the mouth of the small cave close to a body of water, a grotto.
Standing at the mouth of the cave behind him was Hannibal. As soon as Hannibal noticed him, the former's face changed suddenly. He strode out, but then felt pain in his stomach. He groaned.
"Were you the one who ordered the attack?"
Hannibal had found his words eventually. He was now towering over Wealene, though his left palm clasped to the treated wound.
Wealene chuckled and turned his attention back to the meat on fire,
"Is that your own way of saying thank you?"
Hannibal retorted,
"I'm not sure whether it's thank you or fuck you. Knowing what cards you could play."
Wealene snickered, looking up at Hannibal. He nodded,
"You have much of your father in you."
But Han
Evening feast. Agranah."I'm certain that many of you are wondering why this feast has been called for."Jaith started, settled in the throne. There were numerous guards in the throne hall and selected citizens of high class present. On the large table off the throne hall were several courses of dishes."It's reasonable to wonder."He added. He didn't waste much time as he continued,"Some of you might have heard or know that I sent men to seize the Ostler and his group. They have corrupted the woman I've ever loved. Malisa, the princess of the land."A sudden wave of chatter swept across the throne hall. After he raised one of his hands, the noise dwindled and he found his voice again,"Let's not get carried away by the news. Agranites are way too smart to be shocked by news like these."He chuckled,"But the reason I've called you here today is to take the princess as a lawful queen to this throne. As we all know that
Same. "What is this? Samantha... or are my eyes playing tricks on me?"Jaith was perturbed, standing now. He would had fancied the choice of climbing down the throne, but there was no point. Samantha had brought herself closer, not far from where the net-ring was. Everyone was disturbed as well as scared too. Everyone tucking his guts under the sleeves of feigned courage as they watched Samantha in awe. Malisa was one of the stupefied lots. You'd think that she was the most surprised with the kinda expression stalking her beautiful face at the moment. "Not only would your eyes play tricks on you, but be plucked out of their sockets if you don't let him go right away."Samantha had rolled out a ball of threat at Jaith. Jaith chuckled softly and climbed down the stairs of the throne,"And why should I do that? Oh, you must think that I would be swayed because of your grand entrance. Though I have no idea what you're up to or
In the woods of Agranah. "Is that who I think it is?"Hannibal stopped walking and looked up ahead of him in the direction of a large hickory tree. There was a cave next to it and he could hear the lapping of waters from distance; a grotto. There was a lady standing before the large tree, her back to him. He resumed walking and increased his pace this time. As he drew nearer, he caught the better back view which he was familiar with. He nodded his head as he drew closer,"It's her."Getting to her, her back still to him, he wanted to speak, but she'd stolen the stance,"Where have you been, Hannibal?"Hannibal was shocked as he stuttered,"How did you know that I was the one?"He asked and she turned. When she turned to him, her eyes glowed and his confusion took a stray turn. Instead of running away, he moved closer to touch her,"What has happened to you just two days that I'v
An Island. "Quite a view."Hannibal muttered, looking at the island up ahead of him. "Have you been here before?"The paddler of the boat called at him without turning. Hannibal moved a bit to the side,"Just once. There's no much difference since the last time I came here. Only that, I'm wondering why other buildings are not built here."The boatman turned slightly,"What's the point. It's a super small island. An island you can walk its length and breadth in just few moments. I guess this only building is left because of threats.""You mean everyone must be in a eyeshot?"Hannibal had quizzed. The boatman nodded in response. He then pulled the boat to a stop,"Here we are."Hannibal stepped off and reached into the small pouch hanging down his shoulders, lapping on his left waist. "How much is that?""Three bronze coins."Hannibal smiled as he sort t
Kattiput. "Are these all?"Alanor called, settled in his throne. Haya was seated next to him. Since she had decided to stay back for a few days, he had asked that another throne be made for her in just a day. Which obviously was done. "Yes, Alanor."The guard bowed a response. Alanor, unlike several other kings surrounding him didn't put much worth on honorifics. But he could kill for respect. He wouldn't mind if a romper called him by his name, but he would had have the head of the eldest man chopped off if such questioned his position as a king, because of his stature. He'll both kill and die for that. "Get me a sword."He instructed and the guard pulled out his own sword. He wanted to go give Alanor but Alanor held up his small hand,"I'll come for it."He climbed off his throne. Haya assisted him and leaned forward to kiss him. They did. As he walked down, the five noblemen kneeling before him shudde
In the woods of Agranah. "What's this place? Did it grow out of nowhere?"A hunter called at two others who were having a gist behind him. One of the two stepped forward,"Maybe you are mistaking. In a typical forest, several paths seem to mislead. You'd think you've been a place but then it's just a lookalike path."He pushed up his arms as he concluded,"Just as we have humans who look alike, same goes to several other natural concepts and creatures."The first man who had initiated the comvo sneered,"Why is this fucker making a poem outta a simple question? Don't you get tired of your random thoughts? I bet no one can live in that messy mind of yours, such would be choked to death."A fourth guy suddenly walked out from behind a large tree, fixing the tightener of his tunic; he obviously had just finished passing out waste. As he drew near to the remaining three, he called,"You don'
The prison. Agranah. "Huh?"Kie woke up from sleep. Twas evening. He could feel the orange rays of the moody sun splattered on his face through the little bars of window cut out of the thick wall. But that was not all. That wasn't the reason he had woken up. He could feel a sudden urge within him. An urge he could not place or throw away. An urge he could neither discard nor create a room for. Then suddenly, he felt his system acting of their own accord. First, twas his legs bringing up his frame to an upright posture. Then his neck suddenly turned in the direction of the bars of the prison. His bewitched legs then started to lead him towards the door. He wanted so much to stop himself but he couldn't. He didn't want to resurrect the problem he had with the guards before he'd been put to sleep by force earlier. The guards were still there. Five of them now, to restrain him or have him chopped down if he tried anything fu
Before a Waterfall. "Sam. Samantha."Kie called as he drew nearer to the lady sitting under a large tree which was before a huge waterfall. The lady turned at the constant call. As she saw who was calling, her eyes widened and her excitement knew no limit,"Kie."She gulped quickly as he edged closer. She couldn't wait for him to get there, yet she had no choice but to wait, since he was also hurrying towards her. Scarcely had he gone to her when she had rushed into his arms and held up his face without warning. She devoured his lips. She didn't stop as she wounded her arms wound his neck, making him submit to the moment. He gave in and kissed her back. But the passion with which she guided his tongue with hers, smacking his lips with hers, her frame thrown generously into his, her left knee pushing up to tease his boner... He couldn't help but wrap his arms around her and lift her up. He made her seat around
