As dawn broke over Mossy Hollow, the town lay in ruins, a stark reminder of the devastating battle that had taken place.

The streets were littered with debris, broken buildings, and the bodies of those who had fallen in the conflict. The air was thick with the acrid smell of smoke and the metallic scent of blood.

In the aftermath, the town was eerily silent, save for the occasional groan of a collapsing structure. The once vibrant town was now a desolate wasteland.

Barnabus lay in a small crater created by the fierce battle, his body broken and bleeding. Nearby, Sir Elias knelt, his life force ebbing away. His once vibrant aura was now a faint shimmer, barely holding on to the last vestiges of life.

"I will use the last of my spiritual energy to talk to Oasis one final time," Sir Elias thought, his vision blurring as he glanced at the incapacitated Barnabus.

"Even if he survives, he’s crippled. His cultivation is too low to cause trouble for decades."
