CHAPTER 4

Jason pov'

Even after Lyon was taken away by the man who was said to be Mr Avi,I still find it a little hard to believe actually.

He's from such a rich family and yet he works so many part-time jobs and was bullied many times.

I used to think he was just an abandoned orphan but I guess it's not the truth now.

A family who's capable of having a private hospital can't be just a simple family and yet Lyon came to school as a pauper,why? I just couldn't think of a reason.

That night when I talked to him,I was pretty mad about not finding my gaming pads.

After he suddenly stopped talking,I was pretty curious to why and he even mentioned an address,why?

I was thinking of all kinds of scenarios when I decided to check out that address,and why would he be around an alleyway.

I rushed over but there's no one around here which makes me angry,is he playing with me?

I was actually going to leave that place out of anger but then I remembered how weak his voice sounded when he talked to me.

I decided to check deep into the alleyway just in case you confirm my doubts.

When I found him lying there in the pool of his own blood,I was pretty scared and couldn't think of anything that might have happened.

All I could think of was to rush him to the hospital,his clothes were soaked in blood and he's unconscious ,I nearly thought he's dead.

Who would have thought it's going to end up like this? He was just taken away like that.

I didn't know if he's ever going to come back to the school dorm after this so I just decided to stop my train of thought.

I left the hospital after a while and went straight to my dorm.I will have to take my car to a car wash later because the backseat is stained with blood.

What I met inside the dorm room was actually something unexpected which made me scold myself for not locking the door before leaving.

Jasper was sitting in front of my gaming computer and when I walked in he looked at me angrily.

"What are you doing here?" I asked angrily but he just chuckled then his gaze turned cold.

"Was it you who took Lyon to the hospital?" He asked and I frowned.

"Were you hoping no one would save him?" I asked back instead.

"Not really but how dare you do that?" He yelled angrily while banging his fist against my keyboard.

"Were you trying to commit a murder or something, could you order him to be beaten to such a state?" I asked back instead and he laughed.

"You will pay for interfering in what's out of your business " he left after that threat and I didn't pay much attention to such a threat either.

He's such an unreasonable person,does he think he's a god just because his family is rich?

I guess he didn't know anything about Lyon not being from an ordinary family either.

"That bastard!" I cursed seeing my damaged keyboard,now I have to get a new one.

But thinking back to his threat before he left,how is he going to deal with me? He won't send people to beat me as well right?

I will just forget about his threats for now, let's see what he can do, I'm not scared if he comes at me.
