064: I Am Him

Gasp!

Brooklyn sat up on the bed suddenly. Her hands went round her robe as she glanced at the empty daybed restlessly.

Why couldn't she sleep? She sighed and got up, heading to the balcony. The room was so empty without him.

She rested on the rails of the balcony and sighed again. "Where are you?"

Is he really not coming home because of their argument? What was he doing now? Was he frolicking around with some women?

Brooklyn frowned at this thought. She shivered slightly as the night turned windy.

"Who cares if he doesn't come home or is frolicking with other women?" She frowned and turned inside.

"Brooklyn, you have to go to the company tomorrow. You don't want to appear so miserable with sleeping bags beneath your eyes tomorrow, do you?"

She headed to the bed but on a second thought, she stripped and walked into the bathroom.
