Chapter 167

As he opened his mouth to speak, the door blasted open and fell off its hinges. The frame flew across the room, landing on the glass windows, and shattered.

“Not again!” Elijah whined.

The sound of huge boots greeted their ears as they waited for the latest guest to intrude.

“I told you you'd pay!” A voice said. Before they could see who it was, he flung Elijah across the wall.

He twirled, and turned to Asher who had taken a fighting stance.

“Ivan!” He called with disgust when he saw it was the god.

“Asher!” He returned. His hand closed into a fist, as he lunged after him.

Asher bends, and his hands fly across his head. He stumbled forward, and Asher used the opportunity to pick him from the ground up.

“Did you add more weight?” He goofed, throwing him down. He landed on the center table made of glass, and it shattered all over his body.

He broke into a feat of laughter, as he turned to Snow who had sneaked behind him to hide. “Did you see that?” He asked between laughter.
