It was 1:am a.m. when he pulled into the warehouse. He parked the truck and jumped down from it.

He paced around for a bit, contemplating whether to start parking or wait for Tobias to arrive. But when he calculated the time it'd take for him to come, he decided to go ahead.

He strode to the back of the warehouse and punched in the code. The doors slid open, and he went straight to the escalator. It took him down and stopped in front of the doors. He inputted the second code, and the doors to the lab opened.

The nurse was waiting for him when he stepped in.

“You're finally here. I thought you weren't coming anymore,” she said when she heard his footsteps.

“I had to find a truck. Coupled with some delays. Where's mum? How's she?”

“She's fine. Do we start to park now? Where's Tobias?'' She looked past him, hoping to see the happy-go-lucky chap.

“Hey, on his way. I drove the truck here from the store I got it from. He's driving from the house.”

“Yikes. That's an extremely long journey.”
