"You're in the lab twice in one week. Please tell me you came to see her." Tobias said, coming out of the room behind the bookshelf.

Elijah who had been pacing back and forth, stopped. "Did you put a stop to distributions like I told you?" He tapped his foot restlessly, his face devoured of even the tiniest hint of a smile.

Elijah had come out of his house that morning, determined to stop whatever was being planned against his lab before it could escalate. He was halfway there when the news of the security and health department declaring the Crawford laboratory safe to open again was shared on the news. Between the former and the latter, he was agitated.

"I did. But why do you seem so troubled? It's not like anyone knows you own the lab producing these herbs." He said, peeling off the gloves in his hands, and replacing them with fresher ones.
