Chapter Eleven

Once again the monster roared and that very moment I knew he was coming for me. 

Stuck

I was still standing on the wall, with my detect magic ability I was able to feel a magic energy coming towards me. I quickly backflipped, the wall broke the moment I landed on my feet. 

I could sense his presence standing before me, I couldn't read what type of creature it was, no stats on it. 

The monster wasn't a game character, the monster attacked and I managed to dodge it, then I felt a heavy hit on my stomach. It was so painful I coughed out blood. The attack sent me flying. I crashed into a wall and pieces of the wall fell on me. 

I lost consciousness, I passed out. The monster ran towards me to give me his final blow, Sussy jumped into the scene and blocked the monster attack. Sussy pushed the monster back and then she started throwing punches she wasn't given the monster a breathing space.  

"Discern Punch," Sussy yelled. She threw the discern Punch to hit the monster. The punch sent the monster flying, while in mid air Suho attacked with lightning movement he cut the monster, Suho yelled. 

"His Fejize alright?'' Suho asked. "He is not dead," Sussy replied. "Take him and run out of this room. I couldn't cut the monster," said Suho. 

Sussy picked up Fejize and ran, Sussy made it out of the room and it wasn't long Suho came out from the room, they shut the door and both together stood Sussy tightening her fist and Suho right hand was on his sword. 

They heard the noise of the monster hitting the door. They were thinking he could break down the door but the monster couldn't. 

"What is going on?" Said Sussy. Suho relaxed his hand and body " I think he's not allowed to come out from that room, there is a barrier stopping it," Suho explained. 

"Coughing" I regained myself. "You almost got killed by some low level creature, do you have recovery health? use it we may encounter another thing," said Suho. 

Sussy got angry " what, you are still planning on going further even after what we just witnessed," said Sussy. "Yes, we haven't got what we came here for," said Suho. He walked away from Sussy, she wasn't about saying something Suho interrupted her. " Don't forget you were the cause of the problem earlier, let us just keep a low profile," said Suho. 

I got up and touched Sussy, I told her to settle down. We walked further into another room. The entire place was dark. Sussy saw a switch and clicked it. The whole place brightened, it was warm and quiet. It's a living room. 

I wanted to rest here a little bit but I couldn't say anything. Suho was seriously looking around. We heard something hisss, it was loud. 

"Hide, what's coming must be because of the room that became bright," said Suho. We hid, it was long, had the shape of a snake with huge hard teeth and was elevating. 

It was moving in the air looking around the house. We were moving carefully, walking around the house . We were not in his eye vision, although I almost got caught when I made a noise I hid at the back of a mirror. 

The monster was staring at the mirror, he saw nothing then left and after some few minutes the monster saw nothing he left the room. 

Another door opened, it was Suho. "Hey, over here there's a secret passway," said Suho. 

The passway was a step that went down. I was scared after seeing that invisible monster and the other snake monster. I know something big is down there but no doubt, we can feel strong energy coming from below. 

Walking down the stairs the energy became stronger, it was something unique. This is the first time I came across a different energy. We found ourselves underground, it was like a basement.

There were human-like creatures standing, there were over a hundred and a huge machine was in the middle of the creatures. There was a yellow glowing ball thing on the machine. 

Suho pointed at the yellow glowing ball "there, that's what we came here for," said Suho. "That's the energy orb?" I asked. "Yes," Suho replied. 

The energy around the ball has immense pressure. For a second I clear my head. 

I said, "Forget about the energy orb, can you see what's going on, there are some unexplainable creatures inside this house and you still want to go ahead and steal that, are you not worried that the owner of this house will come after us?" 

"The one who owns this house is Gina, she was the reason why I asked you to come along with me but we were lucky she isn't around so, let's get that orb and get away before she comes," said Suho. 

But unfortunately Gina was already heading back home, running on a wild animal. Gina was disowned by her father when she was 19 because she found out her father's weakness and for her father to protect himself he pushed her out of the kingdom and stripped her of her power. 

Gina didn't rest, over the years she has been creating an army to fight against her father, her wish is to kill her father and take his throne. 

Here in the forest she has been doing exactly what her father is doing, going about oppressing little villages, taking all of their magic items and killing anyone who opposes her. 

We were in the room figuring how to get the energy orb without waking up those creatures, they were standing with their eyes shut, maybe they were just there to protect the energy orb.

"I hate to cause any ruckus but the only way to reach for that orb is forcing our way through," said Suho. 

I became depressed, and with a low voice I said "violence is not only the answer, we should think about it, there must be a way." 

"You are right, but the more we stay here increases the chance of getting caught, you should be pumped up like your friend Sussy," said Suho. 

I turned to Sussy, she's already looking excited. "I will make the first move," said Sussy. "Air fist," yelled Sussy. She made an air fist to attack it clear a path some of the creatures were in mid air some fall backwards. 

All creatures wake up and attack us, Suho uses his vector ability to cut them into pieces. I was using my arrow and dragon fire to attack. They are easy to kill but Suho ran, he fought his way through to where the machine was and stood on it. 

Suho was finding it difficult to remove the orb from the machine, even right there trying to pick out the orb I noticed he wasn't being attacked by the creatures. 

While fighting I was thinking " why are they here if not to protect the orb." I observed them very well and I noticed how disorganized they were so I jumped back and quietly I stood without attacking, the creatures weren't coming after me they were fighting Sussy. 

When Sussy had some space I ran to her and covered her mouth. I held her, dragging her back. I told her to quiet down and watch. From above Suho landed quietly behind us. He was holding the orb, the way Suho landed I knew he figured it out. 

"Why are they not attacking us?" Sussy asked. "Because they can't see," Suho answered. 

The creatures can't see, they use their ears as eye sight it seems they are still work in progress. 

"You got the orb," I said. I noticed something around me, "does the orb make someone bigger?" "No," Suho answered. 

I held Suho and said " how do you explain this?" Suho yelled, "the house is shrinking." 

We started running, climbing up the stairs, the house fell apart, continuous shaking, running was actually difficult. Along the way when we got to the living room the snake monster was right there, the snake monster saw us, he started chasing us. 

Suho mistakenly dropped the energy orb I and Suho went after the orb I picked up and threw it to Suho. 

We saw the front door and Sussy was the first to make his way out of the house. She was happy to make it out. Suho came out and the house shrunk down to a doll house. 

"Fejize, Fejize," Sussy was calling out on me. "He didn't make it out," said Suho. 

"We need to find a way to get him out," said Sussy.  Suho bend down looking at the house and said, "we will find a way to get him out_" Suho 

Stood " We need to get out of here, right now," said Suho. 

"Someone powerful is coming this w_" "I am not living without Fejize," Sussy interrupted him.
