as it so happens, tonight was one of the days Emilia slept in Ann’s laboratory. The distance between the clinic and Bin’s old apartment wasn’t small and although it’s not that comfortable, the female scientist deemed it better to stay overnight.

However, Ann’s cry of surprise awakened Emilia, who darted toward the source of the cry only to see her own son standing there with someone on his back.

Ann got embarrassed, with a flushed face, she stood up and avoided eye contact with the sudden visitor. It was only when the door was unlocked and Bin entered did the young doctor realize who the person on his back was.

“Dr. Galen?!”

“He’s dead.”
