The group spend a week in the village before deciding it was time to move on. The group is at the village gate bidding farewell to everyone else. Aella and Aeife really enjoyed spending time in the village, they bonded too.
On a cliff overseeing the village is a Vampire lord sending the group off as he weeps. Surprisingly, the group never found him. He wipes his tears with a handkerchief as he waves it at them, “Come back quickly! You did good distracting that girl from me, I finally had a week for myself. Come back soon so I can get more peace.” He bids them farewell.The group turns to leave by the carriage, the gates close behind them. The villagers start to disperse but Thorn is still watching, he has a very sad look. *DING DING DING*[You have arrived at the target location, Ergos Xenia.]Flint slowly opens his eyes as the carriage comes to a stop, the rest slowly wake up from the notification. The quartet walk out of the light to a massive cave before them, the cave is filled with water and has rock platforms over it. The roof has a giant crystal at the center which provides light, on some of the platforms are plants and even in the water. The platforms vary in sizes as some are like an oasis to a simple stepping stone.Flint looks around the place, “Okay, this isn’t what I was expecting.”Chuck nods as he looks over the water, “Yeah, with how flashy the entrance was I expected some ancient ruins of some kind.” He taps the water as his reflection ripples across it.Aella is amazed, “Don’t you guys get it? Back in Ergos Xenia, the quartet are up against 4 monsters of this floor. It’s 4 against 4, the same lizard monster they encountered are the only monsters on this floor. The monsters are also pumped with EP crystals.Aella is running as a monster is running beside her, Aella slides to a stop and readies her rapier. “SONIC THRUST!” she thrusts her rapier out releasing a shockwave at the monster. “WHOOOM BOOM” the monster is blown back a few meters.Aella jumps and twists in the air, the monster opens its mouth with lightening firing from it. Aella dodges the lightening and thrusts down as the monster dodges *CLAANK*, the monster swings its tail at her. The quartet walk into a room unlike the previous floor, this floor is like a dark cave but everything is clear. There are 3 large flying desert platforms, 2 platforms seem empty except the last one. Sands spill from the desert platforms falling into the darkness below. There are lines across the cave walls producing light yet the place is dark.On the last platform is a humanoid figure with a scorpion’s tail and covered in red carapace, it’s left hand is a pincer with the right being human. Its feet are like a scorpion with antennae on its head. This figure has silver hair and eyes with extreme heat coming from his body. The figure’s tail drips with poison as it grins maliciously staring at the quartet. There’s the number 117 boldly written above his head in a dark color.The quartet are yet to step on the first platform since they’re still in the pathway. Flint stares at the figure, “Hey guys, I think that’s the boss monster.” Aella looks around the room, “That’s stran

Flint grits his teeth, “Second Phase? BRACE YOURSELVES!” *BOOOOOM* the boss bursts into flames as red poison spreads across the entire floor. The quartet feels intense heat with the room dyed red, Chuck coughs up blood. Flint readies his sword, “*COUGH COUGH* We can’t wait to learn its pattern, we’ve got to kill it now or we’ll die.” The boss monster lowers itself then swings its pincer creating a sand tornado before it moving towards the quartet. Chuck readies his shield then glows blue, he gets ready to charge at it. Aku grabs Chuck’s collar and pulls him away, “DODGE YOU IDIOT!” *BOOOOOOM* The tornado hits but they evaded it though but with damages. *RROOOAAARRR* the boss monster thrusts its pincer into the ground, *BZZZZ BZZZZZ BZZZZZZ* Lightening crackles across the entire floor.The quartet try to dodge it though some are hit by it. The quarter are walking on a path that looks like the inside of a cave. They seem exhausted though their stats are in peak condition strengthened by the Bloodline. [You can rest in the passage. This is the safe zone. There’s no need to keep moving. Turning back will let you exit this dungeon.]Flint stops and sighs, “Thank God, we’ve got time to rest.” His party sits down resting their backs on the wall. He looks back and sees the space distorts showing the outside world, to the left is another space showing the 1st and 2nd floors. “Looks like this pathway connects to the other floors, we can go to the previous floors whenever we want.”Chuck shrugs, “All that matters is that we can leave this insanely difficult dungeon easily.” A space opens before him as snacks fall from it, snacks from Universe 1.
