Rasengan

Next, Bai chen took his time explaining his justu to his parents. He was a Naruto anime fan so he knew everything about this jutsu.

The Rasengan which was created by Minato Namikaze, was based on the Tailed Beast Ball. He spent three years creating the Rasengan.

The Rasengan is a spinning ball of chakra formed and held in the palm of the user's hand. On contact, the Rasengan grinds into its target, propels them along the Rasengan's trajectory - either away from the user or into the ground beneath them - and at some point bursts, causing severe damage at the point of contact.

It represents highest form of shape transformation and because it represents the high form of shape transformation, mastering the Rasengan also grants the user a great deal of mastery over shape transformation, even if they are unaware of the concept of shape transformation.

Rasengan does not require hand seals to perform. Once it is formed, it also does not require any additional chakra to sustain it, which means that there is no definite limit to how long the Rasengan can be maintained. However, the Rasengan will dissipate if it collides with something, even if it's an unintended target.

The Rasengan requires extremely refined chakra control, something that very few ninja naturally possess. For this reason, the Rasengan is difficult to master. In order to help others gain the necessary chakra control, learning to use the Rasengan is broken into three steps:

1. Rotation - the user learns to spin their chakra in multiple directions at once. To help in this regard, users may be given a water balloon so that they can mark their progress by the churning water; this step is complete once the users is able to burst the balloon with their chakra. It is important for the user to know which direction their body naturally spins its chakra for this step (clockwise or counter-clockwise).

2. Power - the user must increase the volume and density of chakra they output. To help in this regard, users may be given a rubber ball: there is no water inside to help them burst the exterior and the rubber shell is thicker than a balloon's.

3. Containment - the user must combine the first two steps into a contained sphere. To help in this regard, users may be given a balloon to help them visualise the intended shape; if the balloon is popped or otherwise moves, mastery is not yet achieved.

Completion of the final step is by far the most difficult.

While Bai chen was explaining the working behind his jutsu, his parents were listening intently and as they listened to him, their doubts of Bai chen creating a jutsu completely disappeared.

When Bai chen finished his explanation, his father couldn't control his excitement and he started laughing loudly which startled both Hina and Bai chen.

"Hahahahaha"

"My son is really a genius, now I really want to see the faces of those damn geezers, who always exaggerate about their grandchild being a genius."

"The expression on their faces, when they learn that my son has created a jutsu of his ownwould be fun to watch."

Seeing her husband laughing loud, a wry smile formed on her face.

There are six elders and a grand elder aside from clan leader in Bai clan. These seven people along with Bai quing are the biggest decision makers in the clan.

Of these six elders, only two are young, around Bai quing's age of 24 years, the rest of them are a little old, around 42 years and grand elder being the oldest, around 50 years old. Fortunately the relationship between all eight of them is really good and since Bai quing has become the clan leader, there has been no discord between them and whenever they meet up they would joke around each other and have a happy discussion, but these discussion are mostly about the four elders and grand elder praising their grandchild for being a genius.

After repeatedly listening to them praising their grandchild, even though Bai quing was very respectful towards them but right now he wanted nothing more than to somehow get back at them to vent his build up emotions and now that the opportunity has presented itself, he would definitely not let it go.

"Honey, I think you you should calm down.", Hina said.

"Ahem"

"Sorry, I lost control for a second.", Bai quing said with an embarrassed expression. He looked towards Bai chen and and shifted the topic.

"Son, though the jutsu created by you is really ingenious, but we still have to test whether it's power can really catch up to a A-rank jutsu."

Bai chen knew that this would be coming, though he has created his own jutsu, but for his parents he is still a seven year old kid who hasn't seen much of the world and it is very much possible that he miscalculated his jutsu's power, so they have to try it out and witness its power with their own eyes.

Bai chen also knew about his parents thoughts and agreed to this suggestion of his parents. Next, They started discussing about what they should do next.
