After the conversation that Ivan had with Faith, he told her that what Ron told her to do was the right thing and Ivan would not be able to add anything to it but he was sure that Ron would not know what to do next after she finished her task then he told her about his visit.
Faith was kind of better after she talked with Ivan and she thought that if what Ivan just told was the truth that then, for now, she would go with Ron until she gets better then either she would ask Ivan or what she prefers to find someone else because Ivan was sketchy enough for her not trust at all especially after his excuse.
