Retreat?

“Boom!”

Arthur punched Darwin in the face, then kicked him in the guts — knocking him to the side. As soon as he lost his balance, Arthur chased after him and landed two more kicks before retreating.

Darwin just stood with his brows furrowed as he tried his best to contain his boiling fury. The second he lost his balance, he opened up more than one weakness to Arthur for exploitation!

Although the disparities in strength was large, these kind of stupid mistakes would cost Darwin more than he was supposed to pay in order to beat Arthur.

“Boom!”

Arthur's and Darwin's fists' collided as an shockwave shot out from the impact. Arthur just heard the sound of his bones cracking, and before he could act, he was blown back by Darwin's punch.

Arthur came to a skidding halt some dozen metres away from the school gates. He was still bleeding a bucket load of blood from his wounds, but kept his stance and struggled to keep himself conscious.
