Chapter One hundred and one

I turned and it was Fernandez.

"Phew!" I sighed.

He bent and rested his palms on his knees.

"Where are the other?" I asked.

"I don't even know. They were after me." He said.

"Let's just get out of here." I said.

We were running further and further until we heard sirens blaring.

"They are here. Let's follow the sound to be safe." He held my hand

I removed my hand from his then held his hand.

"I'm the adult here." I said and we continued running.

The sound of the sirens got closer and closer.

"Almost there." I yelled.

I turned to check and someone was after us. He was running and pointing his gun at us.

"We need to run Fernandez. Someone is after us." I said and he fired a shot. We bent down to dodged the bullet. He fired again and I ran. Fernandez stumped his foot on a log of wood which was lying in the woods. He fell down.

I came back to get him but the guy was approaching us faster.
