Chapter Seventy Five

After an hour of searching,my mom and dad drove to the scene. I ran to them and hugged them. My mom pushed me away.

"Where is my Laura? What did you say happened to her?" She yelled.

My dad just stood still,shocked probably and doesn't know what to do or how to react to the situation.

My mother went to a policeman.

"You guys aren't doing your job. Where is my daughter?" She yelled at the man. He was tall and his skin was dark.. His presence sparked authority so everyone would assume he was the boss or his rank was higher. I saw some stars arranged by the shoulder of his uniform.

"That's a higher ranking officer. Who call him?" I asked myself.

I shrugged later on. "Maybe he's interested in the case."

"Calm down ma. Your daughter would be found. We've called all professionals to this scene." He assured.

"I don't need your assurance. I want my daughter." She screamed. My dad held her and took her away from the policeman.

"Let's calm down and hope. How did it happen Rosa?"

"I just
