***Laura's pov***

I was in my office thinking of what to do and how to make Roberto became partners with us. I clearly cannot do this on my own, especially now that my stepmother is on my neck.

I packed my laptop into my bag and my PA carried it. My stepmother walked in.

"What do you want this time?" I asked.

"Just want to tell you what Roberto thinks of you." She smirked.

"My business with Roberto is none of yours. Can you just leave? Don't you understand simple body language? Don't you know when you are not wanted?" I yelled and she laughed.

"I'm telling you so you won't be dissappointed. Roberto would never partner with you. Infact he said you were inexperienced and he doesn't watse time of people like that." She winked.

"How did she know?" Those are the same words Roberto had used when I introduced the idea of partnering together.

"You are shocked right? Better find another way to beat me because I'm going to bring you down." She snapped her finger at me and left.
