Damien realised that he could have asked for a loan from Michael so he could take one of those small, blue vehicles called a cab on his way back to the Macmillan’s. Since going back would only cause more delay and make him later than he already was. He quickly made himself invisible to the human’s eyes from The Abode’s gate so he could use his full speed.
