"I'm glad about that." Junior said. "But for now, we have to concentrate on the tasks for today. What's the plan?" He asked.

"We have three meetings today. The first one starts in 5 minutes. It's Mr Peterson." Elise said.

Exactly five minutes later, there was a knock on the door and Mr Peterson walked in. Greetings were exchanged and soon, they got to business.

Mr Peterson, a middle-aged man with a determined look, cleared his throat before speaking, "I've come to discuss something important."

"I've been considering taking out a loan," Mr Peterson continued, "to start a small bakery that I've been dreaming of for years." His eyes lit up as he described the aroma of freshly baked bread and the delight on customers' faces.

Elise leaned forward, intrigued, "That sounds wonderful, Mr Peterson. My parents own a bakery, so I can relate to most of the things you mentioned. But how can we help?"
