Derrick was worried about his Wife.

"No! What I want is for this bastard to name his price and leave so that you can terminate the marriage your grandfather stamped with him and marry Triumphant Britton, because he will help us better!" Mrs Nathan said to Nina in her full glory.

Derrick stared back at Nina who was full of words about the man her grandmother wanted for her instead... Knowing fully well that Mr. Triumphant Britton wasn't into women nor had he ever made attempts to touch her in the past.

She knew Triumphant Britton had plans to help, but from listening to Derrick and seeing how powerful her husband was... She had to trust Derrick.

"Mr. Triumphant Britton sent his birthday gift! A La Peregrina Pearl worth eleven million dollars." The attendant offered the jewellery to Mrs. Nathan who was full of shock.

"Oh my god, La Peregrina Pearl!" She screams excitedly as she stretches her hand collecting the jewellery from the attendant.

The entire family kept silent as they would never expect anyone would be able to find grandma's exact coloured La Peregrina Pearl, it was worth a lot too so everyone stayed excited that Mr. Triumphant Britton didn't forget about her birthday, unlike Nina's husband.

"My dearest Triumphant Britton is so rich and deserving of my grandchild Nina, not this loser!... I mean can you all see what he bought for me?" She asked the entire family.

Then Mrs. Nathan turned to look at her granddaughter with a soft glare.

"Let me turn the tables around... How about I give you my company shares for free, without you finding an investor, to become the overall owner of Nathan Enterprise?" Mrs. Nathan offered as everyone stared at Nina.

That opportunity offered to her was a golden buzzer and she was wasting their time, with jealousy rising amongst the entire family towards her for not replying to her grandma yet.

"Great mother, I will never divorce Derrick... I love him, he loves me and my grandfather Nathan loved me too for getting us together, he is my husband and I will not terminate my marriage, Triumphant Britton should go elsewhere." Nina said as she walked closer to Derrick.

Derrick holds Nina's hand as he looks back at his mother inlaw was stunned and full of anger, so visible that it could show over her aggrieved face as she glared terribly at them.

"I want the best for you Nina... How dare you brought this liability for me to accept, can't you see our family business is at stake? Hold your goat and take it away from here!" Mrs. Nathan yells back at Nina and Derrick.

"You're not welcome here, leave at this instant!" She orders in pain.

Derrick could see how downgraded he was, and he had no rich reputation in the Nathan family at this time, so he turned to Nina whose face still gave him hope to push on.

"Nina, they probably don't know who the real enemy is here and because you believe in me... I will go and see my friend, to know how he can help me. Even without money, we need to do something to keep us safe." Derrick said to Nina as he turned to leave.

"Yes dear, get out!" Mrs. Nathan added.

"Alright, I will follow you, my husband." Nina said as she hugged Derrick from behind him.

"God damnit!" Mrs. Nathan fires out of frustration as the two were getting on her nerves.

"If you want to dine with him in poverty then understand that you will be disowned and you can take your dumb parents, especially your careless mother, and get out of this great mansion with this useless liability you call a husband!" Mrs. Nathan roars at Nina.

Nina looked scared because she never expected that her grandma could go that far.

"Please Nina, I need you here and I will tell you what to do later, so don’t be bothered to follow me okay?" Derrick comforted her, kissing the roof of her palm before walking out.

"Put in more effort while begging, maybe you might get a rich fella to leech on by god's grace." Mrs. Nathan joked and everyone laughed, individually mocking him as Derrick stopped in his steps, holding his pain as he walked off.

Derrick walked by foot, trekking out of the Villa as he had no car till reached the mortuary, where his son Nacon was buried.

No matter the insults the Nathan family fired at him, he was still determined to save them from the Britton's evil plan to crumble them.

"Son, I'm here again." Derrick said as he placed some flowers over his son's grave.

"Your father now has a voice in his head, a systematic power but he has no money to protect the Nathan family from crumbling, and his granny has been hospitalized yet he hasn't paid her any visits all these while." Derrick said as his eyes began to water in return.

"I feel like I am failing again in this second chance I have gotten to protect those I love and be happy again... I have nothing, I am penniless and I don't have anyone to help." Derrick said as he let out his tears.

"Master Derrick Vlon, my greetings." Mr. Cather greeted from behind where Derrick sat.

"Oh Cather, what do you want from me?" Derrick asked as he turned to look at the old looking man whose eyes were full of tears.

"Young master, I can't keep bearing to know the pains you have been going through, it's time you accept your inheritance as heir of Vlon incorporation." Cather pleads to him.

"Why? Tell my father and grandfather to leave me alone, they rejected me and my mother, they caused my mother her death, which resulted in my grandmother being hospitalized over and over again, so go and tell them that I don't need their wicked money, I have survived all these while without them." Derrick said back out of hurt as he cried even more.

"Young master." Mr. Cather broke into tears.

"What?" Derrick yelled back like a hurt animal.

"Your father is dead, he was assassinated." Mr. Cather states and Derrick's tears stop.

"What?" He asked, shocked.

"He loved you and your grandfather regrets his actions so dearly for forcing your father into marrying someone else, please forgive him and come back home." Mr. Cather begged in tears.

"Oh damn, the Britton's should definitely have a hand in this and you definitely know that I can never forgive the losses he caused me right?" Derrick asked Mr. Cather.

"You need to pay your grandma's bills and you need to save the Nathan enterprise from being destroyed, think about it, you just need to sign over my ipad and your personal account will have access to the entire Vlon incorporation earnings to use for yourself." Mr. Cather says as he falls on his knees bowing before Derrick.

"Accept the offer and deal with all your oppressors, shock them, and brutalize your enemies to level up further as an urban God." The voice in Derrick's head tells him.

Derrick bends towards the man and raises the man up from his knees before he signs.

"Congratulations!" A smiling Cather said.

"You have just signed the will of Grandpa Vlon to be the official Central executive officer, As CEO of Vlon incorporation." Mr. Cather said while Derrick gets a bank credit alert on his phone and he checks to see - six.

"Woah! Did you just send me six million dollars?" Derrick asked excitedly, as he wanted to hug Cather.

"No, that's actually six trillion dollars for your upkeep, remember you can always request for more if you wish and that will be your new three Billion dollar ride henceforth." Mr. Cather says pointing at a latest Lamborghini Zi series which had real gold wheels but entirely black as it was parked outside, before handing Derrick the car file, as he stood intrigued.

"Three billion dollars!" Derrick said shocked, he never knew his family was that wealthy to give him six trillion just for upkeep.

"How rich is my family's wealth?" He asked, inquisitive to know.

"Derrick, your family is the world's richest." Mr. Cather rings a bell that instantly causes Derrick's mouth to fall open in shock.

"You have levelled up, you are now financially an urban God." The voice in his head tells him.

He was now the boss of the biggest incorporation in the world from the richest family as well.
