After the intense battle with the two evil cultivators, Ivy and Lucas stood panting in the clearing. Lucas could see that Ivy seemed troubled, and he asked her what was wrong.

Ivy seemed to have a lot on her mind right now as if she had something heavy on her mind. Lucas might not know, but one of the evil cultivators who had captured Ivy earlier seemed to know Ivy's true identity.

"Are you okay?" Lucas asked again.

Ivy hesitated for a moment before speaking. "Lucas, there's something I need to tell you."

Ivy deliberately paused in her sentence and reminded Lucas of what had transpired earlier at the river. Before that, there seemed to be a horde of cultivators suddenly attacking, and they appeared to be glaring specifically at Ivy. The fact that the evil cultivator Ivy had fought earlier seemed to know her personally only added to her fear that this would cause further trouble for both her and Lucas.
