The Duel

It's been three weeks according to my human calender, that I've lost the force from my heart.

And I've never felt much happier.

I couldn't live freely knowing that some entity is in control of me. But now, I'm simply living my life to the fullest.

That experience includes training with rookies everyday, coming to the hot springs to simply chill, making friends and foes alike (but I'm a bit inclined into making foes more than friends in the Guild. And I wonder who's having prejudices now).

Charlize was just trying to help me get better, but I can't deny the immediate fact which follows with a male and female trying to do their best, together.

She was being a good master, and I was being a great student myself. I'm not trying to boast, but I'm doing exactly that.

"Liz," I looked at my master chilling in the other pond, turned away from me.

"Call me master Liz, Dane. We talked about this."

"Whatever. But, should I fight Athena tonight?" With the smug-est of smiles on my face, I ask
