" Son, you are finally here."'

Leonard turned and looked up at Nichola, who was staring at them expressionlessly with his hands stuffed in his pocket.

Instantly, all eyes were on Nichola.

" Yes." Nichola responded curtly.

He bowed to his parents.

Nina and Emilia quickly stood up from where they were seating and went to meet Nichola with cosmic smiles.

" My dear, it's good to see you again." Nina rubbed Nichola's hands and checked him out.

It had been a while since they have last seen each other.

" I know." Nichola smiled at Nina and placed a kiss on her palm. " You look more beautiful today." He complimented.

Nina blushed and immediately averted her gaze from Nichola.

Emilia embraced Nichola and held him tightly, rubbing his back in circular motions.

" Don't tell me you totally forgot about your mum, hun?" She pouted and wanted to scold Nichola badly.

Nichola turned to Emilia with an helpless look and shook his head.

" How can I forget about the one who gave birth to me?"
