The second Ethan stepped his foot into the building, the first sight he saw was none other than Gideon. A smile tugged at the right corner of his lips as he walked over to the table.

Getting there, he tried his best to act all tough. No matter what anyone did, it was best not to show Gideon that you are scared. He’d definitely use it against the person.

“You kept me waiting, Ethan… I thought you had chickened out too!” Gideon emitted as he took a sip from the glass of wine that was right before him on his table.

“That’s how it should be… we are busy, and most times, meeting like this means nothing but a waste of time. Only a lazy man would be here at such an hour. I’m sure you understand what I’m trying to say, right?” Ethan emitted with a sly sneer on his lips.

He could see Gideon’s fist clench by his side as he spoke those words to him. Ethan’s plan was simple: get Gideon angry, and that way, he won’t try to harm his company again.
