Chapter thirty-five

"Please wait for me" Josephine panted heavily as she ran to meet Authur.

Authur was about to enter the car when he felt her little hands on his. He yanked it away fiercely.

"Just listen to me please" Josephine held his hand again.

This time he didn't yank it away like he did, instead, he turned to face her.

"What do you want?" Authur shot her a dirty glare.

Josephine bowed her head down in shame, she played with her fingers for a while and thought about how to explain it to him.

"Are you deaf? If you don't have anything to say then get out of my way" Authur shouted, already mad at her for being quiet.

A part of him wanted to hear what she had to say and another part of him was so angry at her.
