Kay took his distance and looked at his opponent, who waited his next action. Drawing runes in the air, Kay marveled at how easy it was to control his Qi now, comparing to how he was when he begun.

After drawing each, he shoot enormous fireballs at his opponent, who raised his hand and concentrated a large amount of water in it. Both attacks connected, and steam erupted.

Kay used this to his advantage, moving himself towards the left, hoping to catch his opponent surprised.

However, it wouldn't be so easy, for he didn't knew that the dragon could feel his Mana, something that he found out when the monster intercepted him and tried to cut his neck, which he only dodged thanks to his reflex training.

This led him to do a back flip to survive a low slash and then trying to use the Ashwinder to cut his opponent.
