Chapter 20 Something Happened to Yasmine
Timothy was in a good mood. When he thought about how he could do whatever he wanted to Ysabella in bed, every cell in his body became excited.

"Why are you here?" When Timothy saw Tyrone, his first reaction was to frown.

Following that, he laughed evilly, saying, "People do change when they become rich, huh? A bastard like you actually came to a place like this? But you came at the right time. I want you to watch how I sleep with your wife! I always do as I say!"

Looking at him, Tyrone silently cursed him. However, Timothy was too immersed in his happiness.

"Haha! Tyrone Hendrick, I'll tell you the truth. Your wife is in the private room on the top floor. I ordered someone to kidnap her. And now I'm going to enjoy myself. With you here, I feel so much more excited! Hahaha! Hey, why aren't you angry? Come on! Get mad at me! Aren't you a tough guy? Aren't you close to Cole Bennet? Go and make a call. Tell him to save your wife. I can't wait to see if he'll do as you ask."

Upon seeing Tyrone's indifferent expression, Timothy figured he might be in shock. So he called Marcus, planning to get some men to take Tyrone upstairs. This time, Timothy had to sleep with Ysabella as revenge for the embarrassment Tyrone had made him suffer.

Strangely, no one answered his calls. "What's the matter with Marcus? Did he get weird ideas and—"

Suddenly, Tyrone said, "If you're calling for help to capture me, don't waste your time. I can go up with you. I'm looking for my wife too."

"Fine! It seems that you're quite loyal. Unfortunately, you're still useless, and that'll never change. You'll forever be trampled under the feet of upper-class people like me!"

"Let's go!" At first, Timothy's attitude was still aggressive. Soon, the elevator reached the top floor. When he saw a few people lying on the ground, clutching their arms or legs while wailing, he couldn't help but break out into a cold sweat.

Then they walked to the private room where he'd agreed to meet Marcus. Once the door was open, the smell of blood rushed into his nostrils. As he took in the puddle of blood on the ground and the person lying in it, Timothy's legs turned to jelly, and he almost fell to the ground.

He wondered, "What happened here?"

Tyrone caught him and sneered. "What's the matter, Mr. Jenkin? Weren't you quite confident just a second ago?"

"Y—you … Let go of me! I can walk by myself!" Timothy forced himself to stand before walking into the room with Tyrone. Then Tyrone quickly pretended to be panicked and rushed to Ysabella.

Touching her face, he started to ask in concern. "Honey, are you okay? I almost had a heart attack. You really scared me."

While he spoke, he quickly untied the rope and blindfold on Ysabella. There was lingering fear on her face as she threw herself into Tyrone's arms and started to punch his chest, crying, "You! You bastard! Bastard! Why are you so late? Did you know they almost got to me? It was so close, so close!"

"Everything is fine now. It's over." Tyrone quickly hugged her and comforted her. It took him a while to notice that Vania was struggling and whining for help. With a bitter smile, he quickly walked over to untie her.

The first thing Vania did was roll her eyes at Tyrone before patting Ysabella's shoulder. "That's enough, Ysabella. At least this bastard could find you. After all, he married into your family, so don't have such high hopes for him."

Hearing her ridicule, Tyrone didn't mind and smiled. Then he saw her running out of the room as if she'd seen a ghost.

"Hey! Vania, what's the matter? Slow down!" Ysabella shouted for her, but Vania didn't turn back.

Instead, she continued running and shouted back agitatedly, "I'm going to find that guy in the black coat. I've fallen in love with him! It's true love! Ysabella, give me your blessing! This time, I'll definitely make him mine!"

Ysabella subconsciously looked at Tyrone when Vania mentioned the guy in the black coat. Looking at his figure, she realized that they actually looked alike.

Tyrone noticed her suspicious gaze and was taken aback. He scratched his head, saying, "What's the matter, Ysabella? What's Vania talking about? A guy in a black coat? Who's that?"

After seeing his reaction, Ysabella stopped overthinking. "Forget it. It's nothing. We were saved by a guy wearing a black coat."

Then she looked at Timothy, whose face was as pale as paper. She'd heard from Marcus that Timothy was the culprit behind this. Recalling how she'd almost been raped, she rushed over to give him a slap, completely disregarding his status.

Instantly, Timothy snapped back to his senses. Covering his face, he scolded. "Fuck! You bitch! How dare you hit me! Today, I'll make you—"

He screamed before he could finish. Tyrone had kicked him in the stomach, sending him flying out of the room. Timothy let out a painful moan that sounded inhuman. He felt as if something had broken in his body. With a livid expression, he pointed at Tyrone and Ysabella, but he couldn't utter a single word.

"Honey, let's go. It's too messy here. I don't want you to get into trouble."

Ysabella frowned and nodded, as she didn't know what else to do at the moment. "Okay."

Timothy stared at them hugging as they left the room. He squirmed for a while before his eyes shone with resentment. "Just wait! Stupid couple! I'll make sure you guys are taught a good lesson!"

Back home, Ysabella took a shower. Since she hadn't been physically harmed, she felt much better after Tyrone comforted her. Looking at the time, she realized that it was already 10 pm. Yasmine's room was still dark, indicating that she hadn't returned yet, and Ysabella started to worry.

"Minnie! That girl! It's so late, and she's still not back! Always making people worry for her. Tyrone, nothing will happen to her, right?"

Just as Ysabella was worrying, Tyrone received a call. He took out the phone to see that it was from Yasmine. This was the first time she'd taken the initiative to call him.

"Hello?"

"Tyrone, can you come to the Mermaid Bar? I—I want to go home! Ah—" Before she could finish, she screamed, and the call disconnected.

"What's going on? Hello? Hey!" As the call ended, Tyrone realized that Yasmine had gotten into trouble. However, when Ysabella asked him who the caller was, he decided to keep it a secret from her for the time being. So he placed the blame on his friend, Vergil Coleman.

"I met Vergil and the others this afternoon, and they told me to go out for a drink with them. They're still there, so I'll go and have a look. I'll be right back, honey."

As Tyrone spoke, he quickly changed his clothes and walked out the door.

Seeing that, Ysabella was left speechless. "I've never heard you mention going out with those fools before. Tyrone Hendrick, how dare you ignore me? Fine! Leave! If you step out of this door, don't come back again!"

Ysabella didn't stop cursing him, but he still went out with a bitter expression. He could always make it up to her later, but if he didn't save Yasmine, she might suffer tonight.

Just as he got out the door, he met Vania, who'd just returned home.

"Huh? Why are you going out so late? Don't tell me you've started to form some bad habits after making some money. You shouldn't do that."

To avoid further misunderstandings, Tyrone told Vania about Yasmine's situation and asked her to keep it a secret. Then he got into the car and drove away.

"Hey! Hey! Stop! How could you be so shameless? That idiot!"

Meanwhile, at Mermaid Bar, Yasmine's university friends pulled her out of the bathroom stall in the middle of her call. She hadn't wanted to come, but she had to participate in the club activities. They had invited her several times, and repeatedly refusing them wasn't nice.

However, she'd realized that it was one of Ashley's revenge schemes the moment she'd reached the bar. After Ashley had humiliated her, Yasmine had decided to leave, but the tall guys from her university stopped her.

Helpless, she'd thought of Tyrone. Not long ago, Ashley had suffered a big loss because of him. Hence, she'd hidden in the bathroom and called him, asking him to come save her.

She'd only managed to say a few words before Ashley's friends pulled her out of the stall.
