It was the black blades! She forgot to bring them to Andrey. As she quickly jumped out of bed and grabbed them she mumbled “How could I forget about them!?”She opened the door to her room and she felt so delighted that she wasn’t late. He was just sleeping there. “Thank god!” she whispered. A few silent steps and the blades were already placed next to Andrey’s sleeping face. She went back to his room and went to bed again. It was morning and she woke up due to her bio-alarm. She felt surprisingly rested. A few nightmares visited her because she had forgotten to move the blades to Andrey. She went to her room because she had to change. She was still with her pajamas, after all. Slowly after opening the door she peeked to see if he’s still sleeping. Yeah, he was. “How exhausted were you, Andrey? It’s as if you never slept in your entire life.” She walked in and opened the wardrobe. As expected, her clothes weren’t on the hangers, neither were they folded anywhere. They were in a special
The coast of Ribas was very beautiful. The docks were big and lots of boats and ships were all over it. There were just so many people who loved sailing, traded with fish, or simply traveled to other locations of Batua Lurrak. Rang, Dea’n’ha, and Andrey had boarded a ship to Irisvil. It wasn’t the only travel option to that village. They could have gotten a cart and go around the coast, through Leafis and then arrive at Irisvil, but that would be about three times the distance from Princepsius to Ribas if not more. It would have been too tiring and also slower. Not to mention the wild-life. The ship would cost money, but after all, they all received a bag of payment for escorting Polkas. Andrey also found out that in those new pockets he received as a gift on his belt contained even more gold. Yes, he found a note which also said “Please, tell nobody about this! Thanks!” Obviously, Anita referred to the additional money she gave him. He guessed that’s payment for leaving him naked for
Andrey immediately kicked the big guy in his stomach with all his might. Surprisingly the big guy fell a meter back. He didn’t receive any real damage, but he didn’t have proper balance because he was still standing on Rang’s chest. “You brought friends, Rang?” his deep voice asked as he just picked himself up from the ground.Andrey stepped in to give Rang a hand in standing up.“Why are you even protecting him? He deserves a nice beating!” Roman yelled. His wife worried simply stood there and tried not to cry.The young man in black didn’t even reply, because he really wasn’t sure exactly what would be appropriate to say. He didn’t know the backstory so it wasn’t really a good idea to speak much. “I just don’t like seeing people get beat up by someone bigger than them” he spoke.“You okay, mate?” Andrey turned towards Rang.“Eh, that one actually kind of got me. Snap. The clothes are ruined! Now I’m angry!” Rang suddenly enraged. He disappeared as if like a flash and started punchin
A super-strong, full of hatred, powerful punch from this big mountain of muscle flown in the direction of the pirate. The moment Roman’s hand should have hit the pirate a cracking noise was heard. The crowd gasped and everybody expected that the pirate’s skull cracked. A few seconds of silence and a terrifying scream of pain echoed across the waves.“You know, you have some balls, too, I guess…” the pirate spoke in a low raspy voice. What cracked was not the pirate’s skull. It was Roman’s hand crushed by the pirate’s.“Cap’n’, do we raid them now? They open’ fire?” Kriyvski asked preparing his battle cry.“Wha’? Kriyvski, do you remember why I’m missin’ my lef’ eye?!” the captain asked.“Wha’? Why ya askin’ now??” the crew member replied.“Big guy, do you know why I’m missing my left eye?”“Arghhh!! Curses! You’re cursed, that’s why!”“WRONG!” he looked at the lady and asked her “Do you, my lady, know why I miss my left eye?” She was too scared to speak. She said nothing. Andrey wonde
People were having fun, drinking on their tables. The rich returned to their gambling and small talk. The stakes were only rising for them. This little had any real meaning to the warriors there, though. As Andrey and Captain Kyutski were sitting at their table and talking with obvious high enthusiasm, Dea’n’ha took interest in learning more about the topics they discussed. She was very intrigued by this chance to talk to someone from “outside”. After all, she did feel like the world they live in is a lie. A lie? Yes, because the king had restricted all expeditions. All kinds of outside world recognition or observation was a bad idea. Also, she had seen the memory of what seemed to be a prince’s attempt at breaking this rule. Suspicions were too much. So this pirate was the perfect chance for her to understand more about that which is hidden. “May I join you?” she asked politely with her incredible angelic voice. The pirate smirked and in a low raspy voice allowed “Awryy… pull a chair”
Kyutski Everfound really did have dark circles under his eyes. He hardly sleeps. And this hasn’t happened for years. What anyone would expect is that the payment for a pirate would be gold. Not this time, though. Dea’n’ha rewarded the pirate with something not even he would expect. It was a small potion she did with ingredients she bought from the shops on the ship. She explained to the captain that the moment he drinks this he should be in bed for he will be knocked out for at least a few more hours after that. He didn’t believe it would work, but the truth was hiding deeper. It was not just a potion, she also added a small amount of mana dust in it. Mana dust
“What sort of reaction is that!?” Dea’n’ha showed some frustration.“Don’t be mad, I honestly deduced that you would be a lot older with all the information I have gathered till now!!” Andrey tried to explain. The joyful ride to Fronthornis was one of the best moments Andrey’s had ever since he landed on this world. In all of the conversations he and Dea’n’ha had, he finally understood that the name of this world was ‘Alphilia’ from Philius. As the creator of this world and the reason behind the physics and how life exists, it is named on him.The lands around Fronthornis were just plains and with the lack of pollution the air was rather clear, therefore it’s easy to see across big distances. Fronthornis itself wasn’t visible, though. There were big clouds above it and it was as if covered in a fog. That was just the falling rain making it disappear.Dea’n’ha had been there before, though. She knew its location, even if it wasn’t visible now. The road also led to only one place - Fronthornis. As they closed in, there was something very odd about the village. There was nobody coming out of it.Minutes later they approached the gates. Well, of course, the gates to the village were closed. NoboMakiya 34. For Glory!
