Chapter 76

She stares at Marcus. There is something about his face; he looks like he has been laughing and smiling for hours. His face looks bright. However, that is not the case now that they have a big problem on their hands.

Marcus came down from the scooter. He wanted to say something when his eyes caught Penelope. The look on her face tells him she was damn angry and was coming towards him.

“The bastard has decided to return home.”

Marcus didn't know what he had done this time around; he was about to say something when Penelope grabbed his shirt.

“You bastard, what did you do to my car? Didn't I warn you never to get close to my car? You're useless; you can't get a new car for your mother-in-law, yet you still want to destroy the one I'm managing, you're an enemy of progress?”

Marcus's eyes opened a little. He couldn't believe Dylan damaged the car's front fender yesterday; he totally forgot.
