Chapter 111

Zeke just always came to the casino to play games and have fun. He never for once interacted with any other customer, except when they needed to talk at the game table. This reason alone had stopped the other players of the game from asking him why he was reacting that much.

They just saw him fall to the floor, as if he had lost something important. He looked so lost and heartbroken. Zeke was on the floor for a long time. He was still in disbelief as he tried to comprehend what had just happened.

The other player looked on in surprise at the behavior of this man who they had come to really respect over time. It was a very surprising sight and it was also quite illogical to them. Zeke sat on the floor for a few minutes, trying to process everything.

Later on, he would realize that he sat on the floor really long, because deep down he was waiting for Andrew to come and help him up. Just like Andrew had always done.

Andrew had been a big helper to Zeke

All the players looked as he was being led out by the head attendant. They saw Zeke look back before he left. His eyes were focused on their eyes, but they were not bothered. Instead they just looked at him with confusion. Zeke's eyes however, were just focused on one man out of the whole lot. He looked at the person the casino had planted in the games. He was sure he was a plant by now. The plant also felt the intent gaze, however, he just brushed it off. The plant felt the pricking hot gaze on him. His conscience began to eat him up, however he ignored it. It was not his fault, he told himself. He was doing his job, so he did not care about what any other person felt. Nobody was in his position so they would not and could not understand why he had to do what he did. The plant just focused

Chapter 113 This was one of the things that did not make him like Zeke at all. But right now, he was happy. Very soon, he was going to smile and mock Zeke. It was a very refreshing and satisfying thought.. Of course, this time around, Andrew had paged his boss, telling him he was coming to his office with Zeke. Though there was no reason now. The last time both Zeke and Andrew came, he had almost heard the casino owner on the phone with his boss. There was no point now though. Since, even if Zeke heard his boss talking, there was nothing he would be able to do to save himself. He had already been caught and trapped by both of them But, the casino owner had warned Andrew a lot of times after the last time, to always tell him before he came to his office. He did not want to take any risk, since he might be talking about another thing with his boss that even Andrew did not know about. The casino owner understood the risk that came with working for Oscorp. He

Chapter 114 Zeke was silent and he looked on, waiting for his boss to talk. However, he still looked to the side once in a while to look at Zeke and his facial and bodily expressions. He was studying his face, with happiness showing on his face once in a while as he looked at him. This was what he had wanted to see. This submissive and subservient side of Zeke. It brought a lot of happiness, no matter how twisted to Andrew, and this was what was on show to both him and his boss right now. It was a moment of celebration for him right now. But he tried his best to cover it up, and not laugh in Zeke's face. He would do that when they both left the confines of his boss's office. He still had to respect his boss, so right then was not the perfect time. Of course, the casino owner could guess all that was going on in Andrew's mind, but he mostly did not care. He just wanted to finish up the plan laid by Clement Argent. The man that was almost the devil's incarnate.

Chapter 115 The casino owner made sure he told Zeke everything, and when he got to the part where he told him how the plan was made, there was another obvious show of shock, fear and surprise on Zeke's face. Of course, he had heard of the Oscorp corporation. He was working as a department head in the Krafth headquarters and Oscorp was the main enemy company of The Krafth’s, and being someone who was highly ranked in the company, he knew about them. He had heard of Oscorp and the various means which they used to handle the people that worked under them. Now, he was learning that the plan that was used against him was set up by Clement Argent, one of the children of the main families that made up Oscorp. Though he did not have much information on Clement Argent. He still knew for sure about the way things worked at Oscorp. The evil things that were allegedly done by the people there to the people who opposed them. Even if they were not officially confirmed,

You do not have anything to your name, and all your assets are fully controlled by me, and I can use them anyhow I want without any possible legal action taken against me.” “You are in a position where the only thing you can do is work for me, for Oscorp,” the casino owner threatened. “Also, don't even think of telling anyone about this. If you do, I have evidence I can use to ruin you completely.” BZeke just sat in silence. Listening to what the casino owner was telling him, while looking at his side once in a while. “For example, the girls you have been sleeping with will come outside to testify against you of rape and sexual assault, and once that happens, you are over,” the casino owner said. Andrew was by his side. Obviously, he was listening to what his boss was saying, but he was more focused on Zeke. Observing his every reaction to what his boss was saying.

The casino owner laughed when he saw the shock and the look of acceptance on Zeke's face. “Yes. It is what you are thinking Zeke. Clement Argent already ordered for a deep search about everything concerning you. So right now, we have information on everything about you. How you have lived in the past, and how you are living right now.” “We know that you are not really liked at work. That other people are jealous of you and how you reached your current position, because of your connection to the boss. “Some people see you as a fraud because of this. We also know that you don't have any friends at work. You never wanted to have any, and nobody likes you enough to want to become friends with you,” the casino owner said. “All in all, everything about you has been recorded and learnt by us. So, the casino will also be providing where you will be sleep

Chapter 118 The casino owner also felt better than he ever thought he would feel. Though he knew this plan was made to bring Zeke to the lowest point of his life, he had not thought about how he would feel after achieving this. The casino owner felt like an emperor. Someone who had complete control over Zeke's life and all his activities. It was a very superb feeling. The casino owner and Andrew both felt so good seeing and putting Zeke in the position he was right now. Zeke sighed loudly. They both heard it and figured it was a sigh of acceptance. He had finally accepted the position he was in, and also accepted to work for Oscorp. At last, their plan was complete. Clement Argent's plan was complete. The casino owner did not have to be afraid about what would happen if the plan was not completed again. He could not wait for Zeke to leave his office so he could call his boss and tell him about the completion of the plan. He felt better and more relaxed right now tha

This feeling was so good, he trembled seriously as he was laughing. It was such an exciting moment for him. “What? It is where you will be staying now,” he was still laughing. “No more mansion time for you. I'm sure you will enjoy staying here though. It has all the necessary amenities you'll be needing,” Andrew mocked. “I'm going to leave you to it. There's literally nothing for you to unpack so just stay inside and wait for me to get you after work today at the casino.” Andrew was still the head attendant in the casino. He had to get back to his job. “Don't go anywhere. Make sure you wait for me to come. I'm sure you'll enjoy everything about this place though,” Andrew was still laughing as he left Zeke at the entrance of the room he was going to be staying in. Be

Marcus understood that she did not want to ask Kevin present, just in case there was something Marcus did not want him to hear. “It's alright Belle. Kevin is my lawyer and he's going to be the one representing me in my divorce case, that is happening today, and it is where I need to be first.” “How about I drop you off at work and we go on to the court and we would meet you back at the office when we are done?" Marcus asked. Deep down, he knew Belle would not choose to do this, instead she would want to follow him for support or whatever else she deemed appropriate, but she still needed to ask. “Young master, I'd like to go with you to the court, and from there we can go on to the factory when the case is over at the court,” Belle said. Marcus was right. He knew for sure this was what she would say, and he was in no mood to argue with anyon

    Chapter 147

Chapter 147 Marcus slowly drifted off to sleep, after thinking about the next day for a while. His room had a soundtrack of crashing waves that had been installed since they built the hotel. When Marcus found it some weeks ago, he had started using it, and it worked really well for him. Before, Marcus had found it quite hard to sleep off, but with the soundtrack of crashing waves sounding, he found it easy to sleep, and that was what he had started doing. Marcus slept off before he knew it. The day had not been as long as it normally was, but he needed that extra rest for tomorrow, and he was not feeling too hungry before he slept, so he just chose to go ahead to sleep. The clock in his room’s slow and consistent tick was the only reminder that time was passing really fast. The blinds in Marcus's room were so thick that it blocked off the light even during the day, not to even talk about the night. After a while, Marcus had woken up. He picked up the remote on the

He rolled his eyes in the dim lights of the room, as he moved and his shadow long and dark moved along with him. It was a mesmerizing sight for anyone who could see it. It was just that no one would have the pleasure of doing that. But that was not what was on Marcus's mind. He rolled over to the end of the bed where he had dropped the phone, picked it up and looked at the name of the person calling his phone. It was Luiz. It seemed like he had completed his task, Marcus thought. He hoped Luiz had not done too much and gotten caught. Because if he had, he would have made Dominic aware of the fact that they already knew he was a spy. The task he had given Luiz was fairly easy. He had been asked to follow Dominic from far off and not make him aware he was being followed. The key thing they needed to know was where he lived and ascertaining the presence of

Kevin peeked from the back of Marcus and greeted the two ladies, to which both of them bowed their heads slightly. Being respectful to Marcus because of his identity also meant that they had to be respectful to his friends. Especially this kind of one that he brought to stay in the hotel with him. Mel and her partner nodded their heads. They knew what to do. So, they prepared a suite just like the one Belle was still staying in. It was the topmost grade of suite in the hotel, and only reserved for the most extremely famous people. Even if you had the money, you would not necessarily be able to get into this kind of suite in the hotel. It also had a limited amount, so it got quickly exhausted. Though Kevin was not really famous, but, since he was recommended by Marcus, the receptionists knew to give him the best type of suite they had. They promised to prepare one for h

    Chapter 144

Chapter 144 He had never mentioned anything about his father, and his friends did not ask either. Now, Dominic was back inside his house and he could not hear any sound at all. Not from his mother or even from his sister who would reasonably be loud due to the fact that her brother had gotten back from work, even when it was this late. But nothing of the sort seemed to happen. It was just silence throughout. Luiz was however satisfied with himself. His job in following Dominic was to find out where he lived. This was what Marcus had asked him to do. He did not want to be seen as doing too much, in case he got caught. Beaming with satisfaction, and after waiting for over ten minutes, he started walking back to where he had parked his car. Luiiz was walking in places where the light was not too bright. He did not want to take a game of risk regarding people in the community. He did not want them to be suspicious since they had not seen him in their neighborhood well. T

Chapter 143 However, it was just the paranoia. It made his behavioral pattern compulsory.Dominic could not take any chance. He still wanted to see his family. He hoped they would not be killed, and the only way for him to preserve their life was to do what was asked of him and not be caught. Immediately he was caught, he would be useless to the people that were using him and they would not allow his family to leave since they also were of no use to them. Dominic understood this, but this was still not something he could bear. Luiz had started getting quite impatient as Dominic had kept on stopping, and now this was their fifth stop, after going round this same neighborhood for the third time. He wanted to drive away or maybe even drive up to Dominic and ask to go to his house. But this was not the sensible thing to do. It would ruin the plan Marcus had made and would literally just be counterproductive. This was not something Luiz wanted to see happen. So,

Chapter 142 However, even when he was accosted by Burn, Dominic did not want to head in the same route as his boss and the people around him. It would not be a good thing for him, if he was caught that night and they started asking questions that might lead to him confessing. He had tried to time himself exactly well, this was why he had decided to go with Burn, to the place he had always parked before. When Burn asked him the question, he quickly feigned as if he forgot where he now parked and blamed it on forgetfulness. Burn's car was parked at the farthest side of the park, and by the time Dominic had started walking back to the place he parked his car, Burn had started his car and was already driving towards him and then outside. So, he had chosen to go with his friend Burn for now, and when both Marcus and Burn's car had left the park, he would go to get his car. He also looked around and saw two cars drive outside the factory. One of them looked like Espino

Chapter 141 Dominic took in a deep breath and exhaled. It seemed like no one had noticed him. What he did jot know however, was that Belle had noticed him, and not only Belle, in fact Marcus had noticed him. But, Marcus was really smart and sharp. Immediately he noticed it, he was sure of what he had seen, so he quickly took his eyes off him. He did not want to spook him off, so he just looked elsewhere. It was quite lucky that Dominic was more concerned with himself at the point where Marcus was looking at his expressions,so he didn't see Marcus looking at him. In fact, he believed that nobody else saw his reaction. Marcus had come to a conclusion deep down after this issue. He was now fully sure about what the unknown spy had told them. Marcus has been keeping the information the spy gave them at arm length. Even though he wanted to believe it fully, it was not that simple. What if the person was pretending to help them, and instead use this opportunity to infi

Chapter 140 Marcus did not know exactly why, but he felt safe around Kevin. It felt like Kevin was a guy he could confide in, and that was exactly what he did. He told him a lot of things he would not have otherwise told someone he was just meeting. Marcus told him about the bombing that had happened in the factory. He told him about the clues he had found, and about the person that seemed to be helping them from the inside of Oscorp. Though they did not know who exactly the person was, he was helping them regardless, and everything he had clued them on, had happened exactly how he had said it would. Marcus shared a lot of things with Kevin, and they talked till the end of the day. They did not know when time flew away and it was time to go home. It was after this discovery that they both stood up and went out of his office. Of course Belle was ready to leave. She on the other hand had been curious through the day, and had monitored the time through the day, wai
