The Loven

“Marie, you don't scream or your life will be lost. Remember the rules here, you have to follow all of us. You are not a guest but a free slave,” Erina threatened.

"Remember, if you don't obey, your stomach will contain my seeds. Your family and you will be embarrassed," Jackson added.

The two of them left Marie's room. The girl felt relief. She lay on the bed.

The red moonlight was overhead. As usual, Marie woke up earlier than the rest of the family. The small lantern that was on the table was taken with the right hand. The girl stepped out of the room. Slowly he walked towards the kitchen. But something is different there. The room that should be empty is actually bright. Marie hid first to find out what really happened there. The girl saw several slaves holding bloodstained knives. The drops of red liquid reflected dangerously from the lantern made of white crystal. She didn't even go there. Marie turned around and was surprised by the arrival of a man. The fire lantern he was carrying nearly fell onto the floor made of special stone.

“Marie, what are you doing here?” Miryu asked.

“Sorry sir, I have usually cooked for my family since two years ago. I haven't…," Marie answered, who stopped when she saw another man.

"Honey, you're not used to it yet. This morning I usually go to the bathroom. I have a special mission," the man said. He casually kissed Marie's cheek, who was scared.

"Jack, don't do that. It's rude to kiss a girl you don't know. What if he doesn't want to," Miryu said to his first child.

"It's all right, Sir. This is a sign that Mr. Jackson loves me,” Marie said, blushing. Only this time she got a kiss from a stranger. After all, that person was from the nobility. The girl again walked to another place while lowering her head.

Breakfast in the morning was over. Miryu, Lugas and Jackson went out of the house. A farewell was also made. A gesture made by Jackson to the woman who had just stayed at the house last night. Marie moved towards the man.

"Mister Jack, what do you need?" the girl asked.

 “Marie, I'm going on a mission. You are just waiting for me at home, my love." Another kiss touched Marie's face.

"Jackson, let's go," Lugas said.

"Okay Uncle." The three men had gone out of sight. A woman the same age as Marie stepped forward. The woman called Susan immediately pulled Marie's long hair very tightly.

"Argh! Miss, what did I do wrong?” asked Marie in pain.

"Don't you dare seduce me. Forever you will not be aware of me. You're just a slave here." Susan pulled the woman's hair towards her mother.

In front of Erina's eyes, Marie put hope. However, what happened instead of her, she got a hard slap until her left face turned red. The second slap landed on the right face. A kick was aimed at Marie's stomach. The left hand was used to lift Marie's face so that the girl suffocated.

“Marie, don't try to tease my son. If that happens, then I'll make sure you won't be able to breathe in this world,” Erina threatened.

A slam was made by Erina so hard that Marie's body crashed into the rocky floor. The spine felt like it had hit a house wall. Marie groaned in pain. Instead of being helped, the girl was hit by a kick. Marie's body floated until it hit a door. She couldn't help but cry in pain.

Erina returned to the woman. The left hand was used to lift Marie's body and propped it against a wall. “Marie, listen to me. Don't you dare speak this to my husband. If you do that, I will make sure you will get pregnant without a husband," she threatened again.

None of the people there dared to help Marie. They just left to continue their work. Only the girl was alone there. She stood up, holding the aching body part.

Marie walked into the house. There Susan was greeted with some cleaning supplies. The girl threw that at Marie and it was very hard. She did it on purpose so she could hit Marie's face.

“You are just our slave here. You have to work like the others,” said the young woman.

"Okay, Miss." Marie took the cleaning tool.

Marie's days were spent as free slaves for the Loven family when Miryu and Lugas were not at home. He received unpleasant treatment. Every day, she gets physical abuse from Erina and Susan. Sometimes she is even locked up and beaten for no apparent reason.

Their treatment is different when Miryu and Lugas are at home. Marie was always admired and cherished. Even because of that, she gets special treatment, like the daughter of a king. But after Miryu and Lugas left, they punished Marie very severely for no apparent reason.

That morning was a lucky day for Marie. Apart from having Miryu and the whole family gathered, she was also very beautifully made up by Erina. Only this time, Marie felt herself very beautiful in the red and black color variations. The clothes she was wearing were the same as Susan's. Gold jewelry made the girl's body more beautiful.

Miryu takes the family to a place. There the ship docks are ready to take passengers to a small island in the middle of the lake.

“Susan, be careful there. Life within the academy was not like life at home. If you are not strong, just resign at the right time. Remember, you're a noble daughter and there are special facilities for you," Erina said.

Everyone who was there was bound with chains on both hands and feet. There are only two people not shackled, namely Marie and one who carries a whip decorated with colorful stones from various elements. A whip was used by the man to beat someone who was resting for a while. Not a little blood dripping in that place. Marie was terrified of seeing the terrible incident. She immediately ran up the stairs. The girl didn't feel the wound from falling. The Loven family are visited.

“My love, why are you scared? What really happened?" he asked. He looked at Marie's face, which still looked like she had seen something dreaded.

Marie saw Erina carrying a knife. The fear in his heart grew so much that a cold sweat was felt. “It's okay, I want to get some fresh air,” Marie said.

The girl turned around and started walking to avoid Erina as much as possible. But Jackson immediately hugged hers. Marie tried to free herself but couldn't.

“Marie, you don't have to be afraid. Just tell me what scares you?” Jackson asked. Don't forget a kiss on Marie's forehead.

Inwardly, Marie was looking for a way to break free. Rebellion is free. Moreover, the person holding it was a warrior. The girl had an idea, “My Majesty, you scared me. I can't breathe."

"Oh, I'm sorry." Jackson let go of the girl in his grip.

Marie turned around while walking backwards and looked at Jackson's face. Every now and then he looked left and right. Little did she know she had gone too far. She retreated without being aware of the circumstances behind it. Marie fell into the sea and immediately drowned without being able to swim.
