When the guard who sent out that attack at Max saw that Max easily withstood his attack, he abruptly prepared to unleash another one, one that would certainly pack much more destructive power since he couldn't help but be thoroughly amazed by what he just witnessed Max do without even batting an eye or furrowing his brows in fear or horror.
