Chapter 152: Together Alone

While Donna and Ivan were having their time in the car, Rachel and Elijah were on their own in the bar.

Earlier on, it had been Elijah who had contacted Ivan upon seeing Donna and gave out her whereabouts.

He did it not just because Ivan was his friend, but because he wanted Rachel to be alone or on her own.

Rachel had not said a word after Elijah asked her to speak.

She only stared at him, afraid that he would suddenly disappear from her eyesight.

"Am I that handsome?" Elijah had a very tall figure. He leaned closer to Rachel, and their lips almost touched each other.

Rachel's eyes moved down to his lips, and before she knew it, she had planted a kiss on his lips.

Elijah froze when he felt her soft and tender lips touch his; it was as if an electric current flowed through his blood.

That feeling, however, disappeared in seconds because Rachel withdrew back.

Elijah, who had almost lost his composure, came back to himself.
