Rachel and Donna went out to a cafe not too far away so that they could speak comfortably.

"Tell me now, what happened?" Donna asked before ordering two cups of hot coffee.

"It's about Elijah. He...sob...he asked for coffee but I tripped and spilled it over him and fell onto his laps," Rachel said.

"Wow, that's so melodramatic," Donna interrupted with a smile.

Rachel rolled her eyes and continued.

"So...I was standing up, but he wrapped his arms around me and told me not to stand up. Within the blink of an eye, he had fallen asleep on my shoulder. I was so shocked back then. He didn't seem sleepy at all, so why did he suddenly fall asleep on me? So many questions rushed through my mind. He woke up after about an hour, and I explained everything to him. He didn't say anything in response, so I was nervous and wondered what he was thinking about. He then took out an ointment from his drawer and asked for my hand.
