REBORN

with a scream, Christopher's Bonnie lifted off. He flew back a few meters and hit the wall. Then he fell heavily to the ground. The scene. stunned everyone. Rebecca's eyes glazed over, but she came back to her senses and suddenly screamed.

“What? haven't you trash? What did you do? You actually dared to hit Christopher?”.

Rebecca rushed in front of Raymond like a madwoman. She raised her fist and shouted at him while cursing.

“How dare you hit Christopher, you piece of trash. You want to kill us?! Raymond grabbed her wrist and his cold eyes made Rebecca Shiver. Rebecca was so scared that she trembled. She had never seen Raymond's eyes like this.

“This useless piece of trash. His eyes had always been dull and weak. But now it looks like it could kill people”.

“You used to beat me, scold me, insult me and not treat me as a human being. I won't argue with you because you're Stephanie's mother. But from now on, if you touch me again, I won't bless you lately”.

Raymond. said this word by word, staring coldly at her. Rebecca was so stunned by his cold demeanor that she couldn't say a word.

She looked at Raymond in shock . What had changed to the loser Her daughter married and to this imposing man, Stephanie was also stunned and looked at Raymond in disbelief.

Christopher had already gotten up from the ground. He angrily pointed at Raymond and scolded .

“You dared to hit me. I'll kill you now”.

After saying that, Christopher clenched his fist and lunged at Raymond like a furious lion. But what surprised everyone was that Raymond raised his fist and smashed it into Christopher's nose before Christopher could strike again.

The nose of this arrogant interloper was instantly dislocated and blood flowed freely Rebecca and Stephanie were shocked.

They didn't expect Raymond to be so powerful. In fact, if they didn't see it with their own eyes, they wouldn't have believed it. Raymond had always been cowardly and slow.

They couldn't believe that Raymond, who had always been submissive, would suddenly become so domineering and fierce.

The one who is even more dumbfounded was Christopher. He'd never thought that a useless loser like Raymond would dare to attack him, especially so ruthlessly Christopher suddenly realized that he wasn't a match for Raymond in front of Raymond. He suddenly felt like a tiny ant. The power of a man like Raymond took his breath away, but he was not willing to admit defeat just like that, especially not in front of Stephanie.

So he fiercely wiped the blood flowing out of his nose and shouted angrily at the two bodyguards at the door. “Get in here, you too!”.

Being who he was, Christopher would always take bodyguards wherever he went. But he hadn't expected any trouble from Raymond, so he left his bodyguards outside. But now. The situation was completely beyond Christopher's expectations. When the two bodyguards heard their employers call, they ran into the room as fast as they could. Christopher. pointed at Raymond and said loudly.

“Victor, Clint, you two kill him for me. I want him dead”.

Victor and Clint had strong frames and bulging muscles. It was obvious that they had gone through professional training. They turned their cold eyes to Raymond at the same time. Then. the two of them glanced at each other and rushed toward Raymond as fast as they could.

“ Don't. don't fight anymore. People will die”. Stephanie screamed.

Christopher told them to stop But it was too late. The two powerful bodyguards, Victor and Clint, had rushed in front of Raymond. Stephanie's heart sank. It was over. This time, Raymond was really finished. Stephanie wondered if she should call the police. He might be pathetic, but no matter what, Raymond was her husband and Christopher was an outsider. Why did he want to hit Raymond anyway? She couldn't watch Raymond get beaten to death But just as she raised her phone and was about to call the police, she heard a few dull thuds.

When she walked up again, she was shocked. The two fierce bodyguards who rushed toward Raymond were rolling on the ground, writhing and groaning in pain.

Their faces scrunched up as they fought back tears. And then. Stephanie looked at Raymond, who was standing there like a mountain. His energy spread throughout the entire house and made people shiver.

“Was that even still Raymond? Was this man still her useless husband? When did he become so powerful? Am I dreaming?” Stephanie thought and rubbed her eyes hard Raymond was still clenching his fists.

He walked to Christopher step by step. He looked down at Christopher and said “get lost”.

Christopher was completely dumbfounded for the first time. He felt fear. He even felt the threat of death. He scrambled to the door and said

“you. Raymond, you wait for me”.

“Christopher, I'm warning you one last time If you dare to touch my wife again, I'll cripple you. Raymond said.

These two words were like a bomb that exploded at Christopher's head. He didn't care about his face anymore. He waved at the two bodyguards who had gotten up. “Let's go”. The three figures stumbled out of the house in a sorry state. Raymond signed. Rebecca was stunned. She looked at her useless son in law. Raymond in disbelief. She didn't understand why he changed so much in an instant Stephanie was also stunned. It was only when the phone rang that Rebecca suddenly came back to her senses.

She hurriedly took out her phone and pressed the answer button. On the other side, Jessica's anxious voice sounded like a Unicorn.

“You Need to come. Dad's dying”.

“What? What did you say?”She asked.

Jessica answered. “Mom, the doctor says that dad's organs are starting to fail, and he's given up on the instrument. Send a supply of medicine. Plus, we don't have the money to pay for dad's hospital fees for the past few days”.

They finished speaking to her , and her phone fell to the ground. Then she cried out.

“Stephanie, we have to get to the hospital now. Your dad's dying”.
