Meanwhile, instead of returning home to the Villa where Gibson and Callista were supposed to be staying, Gibson decided to go to a nearby cafe and ordered a coffee there and sat alone in that place.

"Welcome, what would you like to order, sir?" The waitress working at the cafe then asked Gibson with a friendly smile.

"Ah, just an ice americano and tiramisu slice. Thank you." Gibson mentioned the man's order while putting on a faint smile, then went back to being busy with his own thoughts.

Of course it would be a lie if Gibson didn't feel hurt by what Mr. Alfaro had said to him, although of course it was true but why did Mr. Alfaro have to say it in such a rude and hurtful way?
