Chapter 51: Power of the Blind Assassin

Mon’Ter gazed at the bright light which the dragon’s maw emitted, knowing full well what that entailed. 

It was about to use its breath attack, and with the size at which it was, that action would only lead to mass devastation. 

‘Damn...!’ Mon’Ter tried to evade, however it was too late for him to do anything of the like. 

With a loud roar, the dragon engulfed Mon’Ter with its brilliant flames, spreading them around the whole vicinity like a burning flood.  

He had braced himself for the impact, he had made sure to protect himself from it as best as he could, entering a sort of turtle-like position with his arm and legs.  

He even went as far as to prepare a counter attack with his own fire breath, charging it within his throat.  

Yet, when it came to the impact itself, another shock overwhelmed the monster with an even greater surprise.
