37 The Raid Began

Austin watched the sniper man beside him, who glued his eyes on the eyepiece of his gun.

They stood on the rooftop of a skyscraper, several miles from where the Harl group based.

They weren't the only one present, two groups of three men flanked Austin and the sniper man at each side, everyone's muscle ready to spring into motion.

This was the farthest they could move closer to the Harl group headquarters. Anything closer and they would enter the perimeter of their radar.

The silver radiance of the full moon fell on the men in black suits, the starry night cascading the surrounding with brilliance and shrouded mystery.

It was past midnight, subjecting every corner into a grave silence. If one's pin fell on the floor, they would be able to hear its echoes.

''The first team are in position.'' A voice spoke into the receiver in Austin's hand.

''Good.'' Austin nodded.

“The second team should move twenty metres at two o'clock.'' Another voice overlapped the first one as they both execute
