In the morning, I woke up feeling refreshed with Lizy still cuddled into my chest. We were both under the covers, and no part of me was ready to get up yet, but I could hear girls out in the halls already.
Lizy started to slowly stir in my arms, and I leaned down to kiss the top of her forehead, between the last set of her eyes. When I pulled back from her, all six of her red eyes were looking at me, still looking sleepy.
"Good morning, beautiful," I said with a grin as I tried to pick a set of eyes to focus on.
"Mmhmm, but not yet. Can we just stay like this for a little while longer? I don't want to get out of these warm covers yet!" Lizy purred as she tried to burrow into my chest with her face.
