The Goofy Looking Ancient God The headache was intense; passing out twice in a row was not a fun experience. Opening his eyes, he immediately regretted the decision; as he immediately raised his hands to block out the brightness. "What the hell??, who invited the goddamn sun here??", he muttered dumbly. Closure(2)After a spell of drifting through the void, Jacob finally felt his feet touch solid ground. 'Long distance teleportation sucks', he grumbled, as the long awaited wave of dizziness washed over him. Opening his eyes, the first thing he felt different was the gravity, as he felt as light as a feather. Looking around, he tried to familiarise himself with his surroundings as he looked for any landmark to find out his current location. Closure(3)Exiting the Cemetery, he enlarged the newly generated map in front of him, as he headed towards the one marked closest to him.°°°°°°Following the map, he arrived at a corner in the city, a very busy one. Since it was dark, people had started going through their unlawful businesses, as Jacob passed by a dark alley where he could hear people exchanging blows. He was not one to interfere though, it was none of his business. The map led him to the red light district of the city, as he passed by many brothels. Jacob only had to wait around for a while before he got what he was looking for; an opportunity to enter the hotel. Slinking into the shadow of an hotel guest, he managed to enter the hotel without being seen. He could have used the {Shadow Conceal} skill, but it required shadows to work properly, and the hotel was even brighter than how it usually was during the day!!. So he had to wait for someone to enter, as a person always carried their shadow with them.Entering the hotel, he kept hopping into people's shadow, both hotel employees and guest, till he reached his destination; Room 199.
