Zen chuckled at James' overly innocent face seeing that many weapons on the wall. With a dismissive smile he said to James arrogantly, "Don't you owe me a thank you? If I hadn't stopped you while you were trying to escape, your body would have had many holes in it before it reached the surface."

Zen's words were true, but her frivolous smile made James reluctant to give her thanks. He did not like Zen's arrogance that he still maintained even after yesterday's battle. Even that sense of comfort was reflected on James' bitterly smiling face.

Instead of feeling reluctant, Zen became even more arrogant. He pointed at James' forehead and said, "If I wanted to, I would have rotted this part during the fight yesterday. You still suck so bad. If I hadn't taken pity on you yesterday, you probably would have tried to escape again and become a corpse dumped out there."
