Xavier knew that he had to make a very good impression on the incoming new Police Commissioner of Intercity if he wanted to win against Richard.

So far, he'd only wracked up losses, something that hadn't happened before and it hurt his pride greatly.

Now there was no going back, he would bring Richard down one way or another, that was a promise!

With renewed vigor, he called his butler over and got him to prepare numerous gifts to give the general once he arrived.

After the gifts were prepared, Xavier immediately left in a convoy, rushing toward the airport for fear of getting there too late and not meeting the general.

However, imagine his shock when his convoy was stopped from entering the airport when they arrived at its gates with security coming forward to stop them.

"What's happening?... Get those guys to move out of the way, the general is almost here!" Xavier said in annoyance.

The driver replied. "Sir, they aren't allowing us to move further."

"Damn it!" Xavier cursed loudly
