Mr. Dickson glared at Mr. Williams, who sat behind a mahogany desk, unruffled.

“You’ve nearly ruined me,” Mr. Dickson spat. “All to please your daughter.”

Mr. Williams leaned back, fingers steepled. “I didn’t make you poor. I merely ensured justice.”

“But Lucas!” Mr. Dickson’s voice trembled. “You revealed him as the true heir. The same Lucas known as a cheat!”

Mr. Williams met his gaze. “Past mistakes don’t define a man forever.”

"That means you know what has gone wrong. Do you know I have planned filing a case against you in court.?" Mr Dickson asked him.

"I am not scared, Mr. Dickson; nevertheless, I won't conclude on Lucas until the DNa test is done successfully."

"I see you have been serious with this; if this is a joke, kindly stop it before you get me upset the more." Mr. Dickson answered him.

"It is not a joke, but a truth that will be revealed. Remember, the world seeking a DNA test should be consulted by Lucas before coming to conclusions." Mr Williams answered.
